In talking with Rhino he says that Frey is a monster and does go 6'4-6'6 (cant truly recall) and he is only like 25-26 yrs old

Great physique.. He and Sami would make quality competitors in the IFBB. If he's over six one I would say Frey would be at least 280 in that condition.. Those shoulders resemble cannonballs.
