Not horrible at all, and I like the Zuver finger deadlift apparatus.

Now here's the true test -

How many weightlifting/deadlift platforms?

What is the chalk policy?

and

How heavy do the dumbbells go?

;D .

Due to size restraints no platform yet till expansion, at which time Little Z ill over look the lifts just like at the "O" Zuvers. Deadlift all u want in front of the cages and bring ur chalk I don't give a shit.  Two Icarian cages with plate racks and chin bars I welded on.  Dumbbells to160 Ivankos from the Cleveland Browns.  Big Z is laying on a platform in my yard awaiting his resurrection.

haha. It's been one hell of a ride. Since I own the current building I could take my time and me n my wife my nephew and a buddy did the buildout. But wut started as an idea pitched to my wife as opening something up on a budget eventually became quite expensive. Lets just say well over 100k.

Yeah I figured it was up in the 6 figure range. I'm pretty sure it'll pay off, best of luck.

thanks man. I hope so. Like all or many of us on here its been a dream of mine since a kid. I didnt do any presales and I'm not into crazy confusing contracts. U wanna work out n train u pay. That simple. We only have monthly option and yearly. If u go monthly u can pay anyway u want buy we prefer recurring cc or bank draw just cuz we don't want to be processing tons of monthlys every month at the front desk. If u join for a year u get a discount of course. That pretty much it. People have been getting pissed it took longer to build than expected. We open Monday and people insisted on coming in this weekend n paying because they want to start working out first thing Monday. I think it will be ok.

thanks funk. I already got bob a wrath for letting the modern plates touch the one finger!  Blashemous. There has been a tremendous amount of work n I am just taking some vintage York plates down tonight.

Seems that might be more stessful. Insurance would be high because of the liability.

thx for the advice. I want to make money but if that was my sole purpose, I would expand my other businesses. I'd close my doors before I did a key gym. I'm in this cuz it was a dream of mine.
