BYG Member Appreciation Party!

Was awesome!  We've been open just over a year now.

Party was 10-4 and I worked till one at my office then got to the brickyard at 2 and gave a speech on the scientific aspects of working out and longevity and quality of life. I was lil a disappointed the staff didn't take pix all day so u could see the crowds but it was a great day!

I've always been a super marketer with any business endeavor I've been involved in.  I mean Cmon  Tom with the BYG shirt on?  I was sad that no pix of the event were taken but its ultimately my fault. The guy at the top is always to blame for sure.

I failed to give clear concise instructions and did not tell the staff to take pix.  My fault.  The pix of the place empty is when the staff was preparing in the AM.

I'm proud of this guy.  He's a great friend who suffered a heart attack a few years ago and has completely changed his life around. We can't all be Mr. O but we call live better quality lives.

Its getting cold here!!!
Hard to tell with no point of reference but Biz Z stands taller than a 2 story building.  If you are 6 feet tall you will come to just about his knee height.

Gadmmit!!!!wuts up w the sideways stuff?

Yes she does. She's a very nice person. We had 4 members compete  last night.  3 did very well. The 4th didn't place he had some diet issues for sure but to his credit his first show ever and made some rookie mistakes.

thats an original idea that I had. That is one of my favorite preachers. An Icarian standing preacher which u can do angled curls I one side and vertical Scott Curls on the other. So I bought that used and it was quite nicked up. Instead of having it redone I took Conan the barbarian comic books and decopauged them on. Then I put multiple layers of clear epoxy over it. It's tuff as hell and looks great and very unique. I am currently doing that to a flex leg press. The original best model from the 90s that I found all rusted to hell sitting outside for years. I ground it all down to original and I am also decopauging a very old hammer flat bench tricep combo machine. Brings it back to brand new looking with a very unique flare.

this thread was so old it reminds me that Tim (scroll up) the commercial pilot was being poked fun at a bit which is cool cuz of course I'm a getbbigger with great sense of humor but check this out!  lost 80 pounds over the last two years at the brickyard and keeping it off cuz he did it the right way with simple lifestyle changes and working out.

Pretty inspiring anyway u look at it
