Inverted Rows
« on: October 27, 2012, 05:01:54 AM »
A friend was asking me yesterday about how he could work up to doing bodyweight chins. I suggested Inverted Rows and to make it harder feet on a bench. Alternate this with Negative only chins. Any ideas Iron Bros? he will start training with me in my home gym and is a typical long distance runner. I have also seen rubber bands you can use to assist in the chinning movement...any ideas maybe i am missing something else?? I have only a free standing chinning dipping set up so no lat machine.

WOOO
