There is a place she could go where she would be part of the majority.  Not sure she would enjoy the same welfare benefits though.

She's an ignorant blabberer, taking issue with the people that created the country and society she enjoys.

Seems a little crazy, like a homeless person who mumbles to themselves.  That being said, if they prosecuted a white person for racist comments, they should prosecute her as well.  Let the judge decide if she's sane or not.
