Well, my shoulders are pretty big for my size and when I wear a tight t-shirt I do get noticed. But my arms/forearms have some great veins so that is what usually gets noticed first, my biceps got some great peaks too. But I like the illusion of being normal because once I take off my shirt, the look of HOLY SHIT and oooooooooohhh and aaaaaaaaaaaahhhs always come out of people. Seriously, my abs stop traffic...BANG!!!

Man, I'm 170lbs, I'm never going to be the size of Arnold and I don't care to be. I look better than Marky Mark did in his heyday back in the 90's and that's the body I always striven for. I have it and I'm happy with it...how could I not be? Girls love my type of body...sleek, slender and ripped to shreds, while guys always want size. They end up looking like circus clowns especially when they get that bloafy look...UGH, horrible!! Who cares about that type of size, girls can't get enough of my body. Seriously, they go nuts for it.
I'm happy man, I've trained so hard for the last 17 weeks and now, I'm reaping the rewards...

Despite all the AAS he was on, Marky Mark was small. But he had the body girls loved and guys were envious of (me included). Being jacked to the max was always a turn off for me. I knew at a young age that girls always desired the smaller, leaner type of body.
Marky Mark's stats (in the 90's, today he looks like shit though) are exactly like mine today:
5' 8" (I'm 5' 9")
170lbs
41" chest
15" arms
31" Waist
His back was a little better than mine, but my abs crushed his.

I have no problem with being honest. Do you think I'm like all the other liars and tards in this cult and on these boards?
I train 1 body part a day with abs at the end 3 to 5 times a week, light weights, all strict form and isolation with high reps. I'm a believer in instinctual training as I always change it up day to day. No cardio at all...ever!
My stack is very small;
1cc of Cyp (or Deca or Tren) with 1 cc of Winny on Sunday and then 1cc of Winny on Wednesday 10 weeks
then I change it too
1cc of Tren (or Deca or Cyp) with 1 cc of Winny on Sunday and then 1cc of Winny on Wednesday 10 weeks
That's it. This is what I've been doing for the last 4 years and it works for me. I have never gotten any side effects or "limp dick" or anything negative. I start cycle/training/diet in late February and I go until mid-August and then I stop everything completely and don't touch a weight or steroid until the following February and start it all over again. I hate the bodybuilding lifestyle so this is a way for me to enjoy life with my daughter and eat whatever I want (especially during Thanksgiving and Christmas) knowing I'll be ripped up for the summer, plus it gives my body a nice 6 to 7 month rest to regulate and regenerate itself. Works like a charm every time and my body always responds to the juice instantly. I have a physical every year in September and I'm in PERFECT health. I have also never drank, smoked, taken any drug in my life so I maintain a healthy lifestyle (I have also never had any broken bones or injuries in my life so I've been very lucky). I just love to eat and have sex!

First off, it constantly changes and depends on how I feel. I work 1 body part a day, sometimes I'll split it up with doing shoulders in the morning and then later in the day or I'll just do it in the afternoon once. And I'm always static, I change up the days I do body parts. Say one week I did shoulders on Monday, next week I'll do it on Friday or I might even miss doing them the following week. I like being spontaneous because this helps stimulate growth for me. And I always end my workout with abs, 100 upper and 100 lower with strict form. I NEVER go heavy on weights (a good reason why I have never been hurt) all strict form, basic movements, high reps and total isolation. I'll also change up the reps on each set, 5, 8, 10, 12, 15 whatever. I go totally on feeling and I always get an incredible burn. Mind to muscle connection is important. My total workouts last between 20 minutes to an hour, it all depends on how my body looks and feels and is constantly in flux. Works like charm.
The only thing I'm pretty strict on is my diet and it's very important that I don't miss any meals because I'm naturally lean and the food helps me maintain my size and keeps me from being flat. My 6 meal a day diet is very clean with all the essentials; egg whites (some yokes), oatmeal, sweet potatoes, vegetables, meat, chicken, tuna (I don't do any supplements, all my nutrients and protein is from pure food, unless I'm traveling which I'll eat a Pure Protein bar or Met Rex bar depending on how I look). By week 7 I start to lean out and increase my carbs (just a little). Without fail by week 15 to 17 I am ripped, vascular and hard as steel. My body never fails to respond. Now to maintain my muscle I'll have HUGE cheat days once or twice a week depending on how I look (usually Thursday and Saturday but these change as well. I like Saturday because I can sit on the couch all day and just eat) eating any and everything (pizza, pasta, ice cream, candy, cereal, cookies) literally all day long and as much as I want. I also don't train at all during those days so my body will naturally absorb all the fats and carbs I get down.
I truly believe that this formula works like a charm (for me anyway). And that the long 7 month layoff, the rest, and staying away from everything regulates my body so well so when it's time to get back on my cycle, it responds so well to it.

My older brother and his friends were big time super-popular party guys, with all the booze, drugs and sluts/prostitutes you could ever want. It just turned me off when I saw their life. They were all also big time steroid/pain killer abusers (they trained and took drugs with former IFBB bodybuilder Paul Demayo who was another abusing idiot) and it always baffled me how badly they treated their bodies. Sure, they were big, beefy, and bloafy, but they were never truly ripped or looked good. I took everything they were doing and did the complete opposite.
Today most of them are either dead (like Demayo), in jail or alcoholics and they look 1000 years old. My brother's immune system is shot to hell as he gets sick very easily, luckily he found religion so he doesn't smoke, drink, gamble or takes drugs anymore, but he looks absolutely horrible and old (he's going to be 40 this year but he looks like he's 50). One addiction for another I guess. All those years of "the good life" has taken its toll on all of those idiots.
Me...I look like a million bucks and I'm in great health. The reactions I get from people and them today is everything I worked so hard to achieve. I love it.

Indie - did they train at Everett's Golds or World Gym Sommerville?
Yeah, they trained everywhere in the surrounding area, we all grew up in Waltham, MA. They also lifted at Powerhouse Gym in Watertown, MA which was a BIG TIME drug gym with huge guys everywhere you looked. Mike Matarrazzo used to frequent that place with Demayo and others. I remember seeing Vic Richards there back in the early 90's, his legs were GIGANTIC!!!
My brother and his friends also hung out at a club called FACES in Cambridge MA. where all the cool people hung out in the late 80's and early 90's. I remember reading an interview with Mike Matarrazzo where he said he went to FACES every weekend back in the day. All the big juice heads used to go there. My brother was part of the clique and they all could've been hanging with Mike there but I wouldn't have known for sure because I was too young for those guys.

I will never be "big" by BB standards and I never had the best genetics (never claimed to), but I'm a prime example of what someone can achieve if they have dedication, goals, a good lifting/diet plan that works for them and discipline. I'm happy with what I got and I'm confident in myself. That's why I can post my pics on these boards again and again. I achieved my goals from a physique standpoint and that's something I will always be proud of.
Lou Ferrigno said to me back in 2008 at the Wizard World Philly comic convention that I had some of the best abs he had seen in a long time. Now I know the guy is a jerk, but for me to hear that from a legend that competed with Arnold is simply amazing!! Hell, I'm the biggest Hulk fan in the world too. This is the payoff for my hard work. Once again, I always had bad genetics to work with...

I NEVER go heavy on weights (a good reason why I have never been hurt) all strict form, basic movements, high reps and total isolation. I'll also change up the reps on each set, 5, 8, 10, 12, 15 whatever. I go totally on feeling and I always get an incredible burn. Mind to muscle connection is important. My total workouts last between 20 minutes to an hour, it all depends on how my body looks and feels and is constantly in flux. Works like charm.
The only thing I'm pretty strict on is my diet and it's very important that I don't miss any meals because I'm naturally lean and the food helps me maintain my size and keeps me from being flat. My 6 meal a day diet is very clean with all the essentials; egg whites (some yokes), oatmeal, sweet potatoes, vegetables, meat, chicken, tuna (I don't do any supplements, all my nutrients and protein is from pure food, unless I'm traveling which I'll eat a Pure Protein bar or Met Rex bar depending on how I look). By week 7 I start to lean out and increase my carbs (just a little). Without fail by week 15 to 17 I am ripped, vascular and hard as steel. My body never fails to respond. Now to maintain my muscle I'll have HUGE cheat days once or twice a week depending on how I look (usually Thursday and Saturday but these change as well. I like Saturday because I can sit on the couch all day and just eat) eating any and everything (pizza, pasta, ice cream, candy, cereal, cookies) literally all day long and as much as I want. I also don't train at all during those days so my body will naturally absorb all the fats and carbs I get down.
I truly believe that this formula works like a charm (for me anyway). And that the long 7 month layoff, the rest, and staying away from everything regulates my body so well so when it's time to get back on my cycle, it responds so well to it.

Hey, I'm not going to please everybody here and I know I'm a target of ridicule no matter how good I look from the jealous guys on these boards. But I'm happy within my life and I'm proud of my accomplishments no matter what anybody says. Do the naysayers feel the same? No, probably not.
And despite how "shitty" I look off, I'm not embarrassed or insulted by it. If I was I wouldn't go off for 7 months a year and enjoy life being "normal" doing whatever I want. I'm not addicted to the PEDS or the pump. Do I like the attention, sure, who wouldn't. But do I need it? No way. My light cycle only lasts 20 weeks and then it's done and by mid-August I'm done. Nothing wrong with finding a system that works for you and it's nice not being pressured by insecurities, because even though I'm in a relationship now, I never needed it to get girls. Hell, in my last real relationship I took two years off before I touched another weight or PED.
The only thing I'm addicted to is superheroes and all the adventures they take me on...

Bullshit. If you diet strict enough during the week then you can have the weekend to cheat. I dont have a fast metabolism and have gotten into phenominal shape natty. That's taking into acct a STRICT diet during the week. No cheating whatsoever during the week. Lots of people say they diet hard and they have no clue

I got the Rosary tattoo for a spiritual reason and not a religious one. I went through a lot of hardships during my youth; abuse, neglect, etc. A big reason why my brother got into booze and drugs was it was his way of coping with the shit that was going on around us. He was so self-destructive because he just didn't care about himself or life (he is still pretty screwed up today). I didn't want to become what he was so I said refused to do what he was doing. I wanted to be strong physically, emotionally and spiritually. This was a big reason why I got into superheroes and comics. I had no role models but I gravitated to the Hulk for strength and power and Captain Marvel because no matter how bad things got, he always did the right thing and he was such a good, honest person. All these larger than life figures were perfect for my young mind to grasp. Anyway, my mother always had these big wooden rosary beads that hung behind her bed and when I was a child laying down with her, I would always just stare at those beads and they gave me a sense of peace and warmth. When I got older and I started to travel around the country, I would always wear rosary beads to give me a sense of peace and inner strength, it also reminded me of being safe with my mom in her bed, so they always made me feel good. But I would constantly lose the beads or give them away. So finally I decided to get a tattoo of them to have them as a permanent fixture on me where I would never lose them and they would always be a part of me. Hey, subconsciously they were.
Sure, they are stupid, ugly, ridiculous, funny, pathetic, etc., etc. to you "perfect" people but to me, they have a lot of spiritual meaning and in some ways it serves to remind me to be a good person and a righteous father. So flame away on them some more, but I shall never falter or care because they will always be special to me...besides most girls think it is very sexy...but I'm sure you'll digress...

I decided to write down and show you guys what a typical cheat day is like for me and why it's so beneficial to my body. I sat on the couch all day, wrote and watched t.v. and just ate, farted and shitted all day long. Woke up this morning more ripped, harder and vascular than the day before. Stepped on the scale and weighing currently 172lbs. Maybe my approach is unconventional, but there is no way someone can say it doesn't work...because HOLY MOLEY it does!
Here's my list for the day, I try to drink water all day long and use 2% milk with my cereal and each bowl is about 4 cups, hell I just pour the fucker in until the bowl is filled up to the rim.
6:00: 4 large buttermilk pancakes, a ton of maple syrup, 2 cups strawberries, 2 cookie dough pop tarts, 1 bowl Lucky Charms
8:00: 2 Bowls of Frosted Mini-Wheats, 10 Oreo Cookies, drinking 2% milk from the gallon so who knows how much
11:00: Large Meatball Sub with everything, 2 Twix bars, 2 Oreo Cookies with 2 cups 2% milk
2:00: 3 bowls Lucky Charms, 1 Bowl of Coco Pebbles, 2 peaches medium sized

I wasn't knocking ya for it, just expressed it in words per say. I respect where you're coming from, and anything that makes a person good, better, best deserves credit. But also understand in regards to your tattoo, people who don't know the idea/theory behind it will ask a bit naively ya know.

Bacon cheeseburgers for dinner and I'm not an icecream guy. I go for cereal if I want sugar. The thing with a cheat day, at least for me, is my stomach is so shrunk from dieting all the junk doesn't sit well if I overdo it. I see a diff in my composition the next day but it's all water from the carbs. Drop all that monday

I know what you mean when it come to the grease. Funny thing is that I'm not a fast food guy. I haven't been to a McDonalds, Wendys, Burger King, etc. in over 5 years. I just can't eat that stuff. I also only drink water (all the time, yearly), an occasional juice (orange, cranberry, apple), and 2% milk. I haven't had a coffee or soda in like 20 years...I just hate them, especially the taste or smell of coffee, UGH. When I have cheeseburgers I usually make them myself on the grill and I'm not big into french fries, I like the sweet potatoes fries more. I always stay away from greasy things because it makes me feel sick. And if I'm dieting or in "normal" mode, hot sauces go a long way. I'm a hot sauce fanatic and I love it on everything!
I don't know what it is with my shrunk stomach? I can really put down a lot of food whether I'm dieting or not. My parents always gave us BIG portions growing up, so my stomach is conditioned since birth to eat a lot. I'm naturally skinny but I could always impress the neighborhood kids on my eating prowess. My only side effect on a cheat day is gas, because the milk can make me fart all day. Mix that with the protein and WHAM! Plus I'll shit like 2 or 3 times a day on a cheat day, without fail. When I'm strict on my diet, I don't shit for like 3 days straight.

I want knowledge. I AM INTERESTED in how others stack, train, eat, whatever. This is a bodybuilding board where these things should be talked about frequently. I don't mind the critique and others shouldn't either, especially by those who have far greater experience than I do. And at least this thread has proven that honesty can be used in regards to bodybuilding because lets face it, this cult is nothing but lies, lies and more lies.
If you don't want to post your stack and habits, all the power to you. But I would love to know and others can come clean without any fear of judgement.

Despite all the AAS he was on, Marky Mark was small. But he had the body girls loved and guys were envious of (me included). Being jacked to the max was always a turn off for me. I knew at a young age that girls always desired the smaller, leaner type of body.
Marky Mark's stats (in the 90's, today he looks like shit though) are exactly like mine today:
5' 8" (I'm 5' 9")
170lbs
41" chest
15" arms
31" Waist
His back was a little better than mine, but my abs crushed his.

This is from about 4 days ago. My final pic of the Summer of 2012 and at my "peak" ripped look here. I've all about had it with dieting and training. I simply love the journey getting to this level, but once it's here, I get bored and really tired maintaining it. Plus I'll be going away with my daughter this weekend and for a few weeks in August where I'm going to do nothing but eat, get fat, relax and live life. Food taste so good when you come off dieting and after 19 weeks, I can't wait!! For the rest of you year-round bodybuiders, I'll see you next year in late February where I'll join you once again, but as of now, I'm through!!!

as for the journey, that level and boredom, why not try to add some lean tissue while staying lean? it'll give you a decent challenge and 5-10 more pounds of lean at this condition will put you at a very respectable level of the 'look' you want. I think you can hold 5-10 pounds more stay within the look you want and actually look better.

While I train very hard to get into this condition and my effort is second to none, I just find it hard to find the time (and sometimes the motivation). The extra time I do have is used to be with my daughter and enjoy life with her. She's almost 8 now and within the next few years she's going to want to be with her friends rather than her dad and it's understandable. So I don't want to waste these moments today before they're gone. Me and her mother have been divorced since 2006 so I see my baby every other weekend and only twice a week and that's very hard for me. All the training and dieting and depriving myself of the time when we're together is very hard for me and the little things like getting ice cream and eating big bowls of cereal while watching cartoons are a tough give up. I hate when I can't do those things with her (especially with our "limited" time) and I never take that time for granted. And on personal level, I'm really not as interested in getting more size, maybe if I was younger, but most of you guys have to realize that I'm 38 years old (39 in August) and my genetics kinda suck so it might be too late for that. But you never know...

I would only do a short 4-6 week cut though...don't have too much fat to shed in order to get back down where I'd rather be.

my thing is that i'll be putting a strong effort into a transformation ie. gaining muscle while losing fat
right now i'm sitting at around 10% at 170
so i want to go up to about 180 while going down to around 6%

That's a tough goal...achievable but will take time.
I can see maybe staying at around 170 but at 6% a more realistic short term goal. You'll get to where you want to dj...just be consistent but if it's something I've learned is not to focus too much on numbers. Once you start adding some real muscle you'll see that you can get by with a lot less on the scale than what you'd think you needed.
