That's a tough goal...achievable but will take time.
I can see maybe staying at around 170 but at 6% a more realistic short term goal. You'll get to where you want to dj...just be consistent but if it's something I've learned is not to focus too much on numbers. Once you start adding some real muscle you'll see that you can get by with a lot less on the scale than what you'd think you needed.

plus i just know that i'll never really put too much of a good strong effort into working my wheels hard, so it might be pretty tough to do what i'm saying if i would add near zero mass to my legs lol
although i will put some decent effort into building up my calves
