Currently 200 @ 6' 8-9 %. Ideally 205-210 @6% year round. Physique ready body with muscular endurance and explosive power. I guess just an nfl hebrew reciever type

I'm 65.5" tall and female, so my numbers are waaaay off where you dudes are, but I'd go 138lbs 18-20% bodyfat. Easy to maintain with no drugs or dieting, and I keep a decently small waist at that size without my bras becoming loose.
Competition conditioning is cool, but it's not a look I want all year round, and it takes too much work to hold onto it.

Bottom line, if you are a serious athlete (in any sport) you can NEVER be satisfied whether you are competing or not.  It's a lifestyle & the goal is to always strive to be the best and/or remain the best.  Just my beliefs.

Bodybuilders aren't athletes, they are artists at best, gay-audience-oriented performers at worst.

Pay attention grasshopper, in my post I said athletes & did not specify bodybuilders.  That is such an old debate/topic.

For the record, this bodybuilder aka me is an athlete.  Thank you.

6'
180 pounds and 10% fat
able to do 30 regulation pushups
hike in mountains 10 miles a day
I want to maintain this thru my 80s but drop weight to 170

That's now age 74 with arthritis and torn pec held on with a surgical pin

age 43
235 pounds and 6% fat
trained 2-3 hours per day with Sundays off
could incline bench 315 for 6 reps/squat 405 for 15 reps/27 chins with a wheel chained around waist

Funny how ideals change with time/age

I want to look something like Navy Mike.

Or the guy "bob" from fight club, same thing.

Looking fat in clothes and even fatter when they come off.

Easy to maintain, even without training.

When I was younger I would have said "290 5% BODYFAT" ignorant of what it entails. Now I'd take 230 @ 7-9% at 6ft2 and be able to eat and drink what I want  ;D  Last part is important. Oh, and would want arms that aren't shit and triceps that exist.

SuckMyMuscle did it. In his own mind at least.

Ideal weight and conditioning would be Bob Paris.  Not super ripped, but very muscular and functional.  And you could likely still fit into regular off the rack clothing.
