Today was a simple chest biceps forearms

Panatta chest crossover 6x 30/20/15/12/10/triple drop

Universal convergent incline press 4 x 12 inc each set

Star trac seated chest press 3 x10 last one triple drop


Hoist curls 6x 30/20/15/12/10 triple drop

Machine preacher 3x 12

Hammer curl 4x 12

Sweating like mad!

Good back training today, barbell rows 180kg,160kg, pull ups (2 x 10 with 20kg plate, 1 x 15 bodyweight), dumbbell rows on incline bench, one arm machine row with stack, two arm machine rows with 2 second squeeze, lat pulldowns. 21 working sets.

Don`t feel bad,I hadn`t done them in years.....used to knock out at least 20 with a wide overhand grip at will......of course I weighed about 100 pounds back then instead of 192.  LOL  ;D

These days,I have been doing Negative Chins.......ie.,standing on a platform,jumping up to the bar,and coming down with a super-slow negative.....they`re improving, but I an`t coming close to 20 reps.................... ..YET!!   ;D
