getting a real sore tight lower back on test.enanthate and d- bol
trying to keep sodium lwo to minimise fluid retention
any tips to help?
i have bad tight lower back , not on roids but i found a good trick
while laying on a floor or your bed put one leg up on wall
without bending at the knee you should feel a 'nice' pain right at your glute and lower back area
one leg is generally more flexable than the other
generally ones aching back is either the left of the right side due to one leg being alot less flexable that the other
test to see which leg is less flexible by swinging one leg up to a height without bending the knee, you should feel a pain in your lower back
i think the key is to keep it stretched to workout the pain kinks
