instead of the usual weak and weary hungry feeling
you should be consuming tons of calcium foods/cholesterol foods like milk icecream , this will make your muscles hold more "intramuscular triglicerides". not so much protien bars wich have mainly veg or coconut oils that dont contain cell growing cholesterol and allows the big three to get through calcium magnesium and zinc
