It seem to me that there will be WHO statistics and death rate which has been calculated by the facts, and then US statistics, which has been calculated by patients income. At the moment there is 125 cases of this virus in the US, and 9 deaths. Only 8 has recovered, and US is only country where amount of deaths is larger than amount of recovered people. Amount of cases has doubled from Monday, and amount of deaths has tripled. Let see where this is going  ;D

How long does it take on average for someone to recover? What exactly does recover mean? Does the virus have a life cycle.

Mayday

What the govts are doing now will cause a GFC in Q2.

By Q3 i reckon they will open it all back up.

My opinion is April will be the tipping point when supply shortages starts to hit the shelves. Right now, freighters are not running out of China, i am getting freight on passenger airlines. Sea vessels are being docked.to increase pricing and cover.costs of landed fleets.

It's insane what they are doing right now putting up walls. The only outline short term (as in inside 6 months) will be to open the borders again. It's already with all of us. In a year we will have it anyway. Might aswell have a functioning economy who gets sick than mass unemployed tanked economy who gets sick.

Just wait and see, they'll open it back up......

It takes week or two, depending how serious it is.

Just reading comforting news about the matter: By the statistics so far, about 1 third of the population will get this infection. From that amount, 80% get the mild form of the virus. The rest 20% get more serious infection, and about 2- 2,5% of those will die.  In USA it means that from the population of 330 million people 110 million get this virus, and 88 million people get the mild  form. The rest 22 million get more serious symptoms, and from that bunch, 2,5%, meaning 550 000 people, will die..so as you see, it is just a piece of cake. Nothing to worry about, and Trump already promised that he will protect you all. You know, he knows more than doctors about this matter, just trust him..  ;D

I think anyone who says they have accurate statistics about this is lying to you.  We can't even test properly for this right now.

People need to be patient.  Wait and see.  Panicking and spreading bullshit doesn't do anyone any good.

Bankers. Hedge funds. Politicians. Deal makers. And then a little extra in terms of people on the ground in various key global locations.

Lol. That's not what he asked.

Also nothing you've said couldn't be pieced together by someone who is capable of finding relevant information online and looking at it objectively and logically. To be honest that's actually something that's more impressive than someone claiming to be a big shot with people on the ground.

Maybe go on Twitter and tell The World Health Organisation they are wrong too

https://mobile.twitter.com/WHO/status/1234872254883909642

The 3.4 % they reference was 0.1 % last week.

Which means dog to human can also occur.

Now please all as you start to hear more of this please make sure no one abuses or abandons dogs. As Nasser used to say, dogs are our angels. Please make sure we all make a stand and defend mans best friend.

I agree 100%.

I am reading everything they are making available, stocking up on gloves, hand sanitizer, Lysol disinfectant wipes and I bought those nylon face shields as opposed to just masks ( which I have as well.) I am not an alarmist, but I have a family to protect and need to stock up without alarming them.

Coronavirus infects Amazon employee in Seattle, company says

An Amazon employee in Seattle, Wash., has contracted the novel coronavirus — the first employee among its U.S. workforce to fall ill will COVID-19, the company said.

"We're supporting the affected employee who is in quarantine," an Amazon spokesperson told Fox News.

The e-commerce giant on Tuesday told employees in an email about the employee, who works at Amazon’s South Lake Union office complex in Seattle, where the company’s headquarters are located, Bloomberg reported. The employee left work on Feb. 25 “due to an illness” that the company said it was later informed was the coronavirus. All other employees who came into contact with the sick worker have since been notified.

40-50 = Decent chance of recovery unless you have diabeetus, believe in Flat Earth and Nibiru

50+ and having fended off beggars of quatro pundo = High chance of recovery

60+ and having Gloryhole-experience = No chance of recovery

The latest from my people in China is that they have discovered that covid19 has 2 mutations S-Cov and L-Cov.

S-Cov was the likely earlier strain as it's similar to bat Coronavirus and is the milder of the 2. L-Cov is more virulent, has a higher translatability and causes more harm to the respiratory system. It may be possible to become infected by one, recover and then become infected by the other. Further mutations are also possible.

L-Cov spread more rapidly in China despite it being newer, but since early January it's been on the decline.

So what should you take away from this.  You can be the type who thinks more virulent version won't hang around for much longer, the majority might end up experiencing a milder version and in a few months time people will shrug their shoulders and wonder what all the fuss was about. Or you can Army of one it and sit in a dark room with a loaded revolver ready to blow your brains out at the first sign of you developing a cough.

Those slanty eye fooks are also trying to put the idea out that the Corona virus might not have actually originated in China. Yeah right.

Or you can look at the stats, the studies from China, how contagious it is,the unprecedented response by governments worldwide, the lack of herd immunity which normally stops similar illnesses. The fact day by day temperature isn't seeming to halt the spread as much as we thought in hot countries. The fact the west are clueless and still won't stop traveling, partying etc unlike Wuhan where they were welded in their homes.Or the up to 21-28 day incubation period.9 days on surfaces..the 3.4% mortality rate now backed by WHO...you know..all the facts....

You need to learn to look at facts objectively.

"The World Health Organization had said last week that the mortality rate of COVID-19 can differ, ranging from 0.7% to up to 4%, depending on the quality of the health-care system where it’s treated."

Doesn't matter, even if it is 1%, it's 10 times higher than flu deaths, and hospitals are already overrun.Theres a very obvious trend here. All the naysayers are feeling and living in the moment, rather than thinking ,and all the doomsdayers are looking at the facts and have an ability to project ahead. And also the new 3.4% figure was announced yesterday by WHO.Not sure why you are using last weeks Info.
