So, how may patients are hospitalized? What capacity are hospitals at? Ventilator capacity? Patient demographics?
It seems that the hospital ships aren't being flooded with regular patients because there is still capacity at hospitals. Same with the "Pop Up" facilities in California.
So the doom and apocalypse projections aren't coming to fruition.
April 30th - Rescind the federal restrictions, leave it up to the states.
Federal guidelines as such:
Wear mask
Wash hands constantly
Keep distance from other people
Shelter and protect the most vulnerable (older, multiple ailments etc)
Continue to work from home if possible.
Hardest hit states (New York, New Jersey) carry current heavy handed lock downs and travel restrictions.
Or just wait until we can hyper-inflate and print our way out of existing debt. Take your pick, I guess.
