Great back to back events. Some guy could not do pushups with his pack on - so I had to do them for him with 2 on myself for this and then team inch worm pushups. No problem
You should have done them with one arm to really drive home the difference. He'll never recover.What's your stack look like?

DB press 1 x 15 , 3 x 8Then did the SC workout from the other day. 25lb db, 50 sec, 45 sets, 15 sec rest.

You muscle endurance and stamina are going to go through the roof as well as recovery time. Did back to back Challenges this weekend - like nothing for me now.
