1 hour of 2 rep sets, seems like a lot of work. How many sets you figure you get in an hour? 5 min rest?2 min 4 min rest?

Depends on the weight...and if it is a true muscle clean.  An hour of it does seem like a shit ton of reps.  I would probably do an EMOM of it..maybe at 155#

@ 1:21 had me CRINGING

A training program I followed for a while had us doing EMOM work with cleans and snatches.  I have to say, I got VERY strong with them....but its taxing.  We did 10, 12, 15, then 18 mins for the training cycle.

Legs last night decided to fuck squats off for a while

Leg extension 1x11
45 degree leg press 1x18
Hack squat 1x15
Lying leg curl 1x13,6,5 2x rest pause set then partials to finish
Romanian deadlift 1x10
Standing leg curl 1x12,5,4 as above rest pause and partials
Adductor machine 1x11
Horizontal calf machine 1x13
Seated calf 1x10

Back at it now, Training took back seat as was really busy with work was still going but everything was shit. Also started testosterone again a while ago I weighed up the risks after the heart issues vs how much I was actually enjoying life with low testosterone (very little) so decided fuck it I’m going back on started on 250mg of Chiron test c and felt amazing but whrn ran out sourced some locally and within a few weeks started feeling shit and lost 4kg/8.8lbs. Started back on Chiron test c already feel great and look fuller  after only 2 shots. I’m sure I’ll get a telling off by Jane along with her usual threats of violence for this haha but life feels better on test.

Hope the test c protocol works out for you.  If I may ask though, why not go lower on the dose?

Henda I know exactly how you feel.This is very similar to what I went through. I didn’t even know how bad I was until I got back on the test and started feeling better.Keep a close eye on things brother and good luck

Yes same Henda, should try 125mgs and give blood regularly. Does your doc know you went back on? Not to sound like an asshole. Glad you are feeling better.

Keep it around 50-75mg every 4 days.

My bloodwork is perfect on that.

I haven't done a real gym workout in months.

Today i did a 45 minute rock wall session with the top 1/4 as an over hang.

Mountain biking 2 hours after work tomorrow.

Weather here is perfect.

This weekend i'm doing a 300 meter vertical climb up near Taos.

If the weather holds we will bring gear and camp overnight.

Rappel down in the morning.

Really enjoying this mountain climbing stuff.

Here's a pic of the 75 meter overhang we did last weekend.

The guy in the pic is my good friend.

Lying Plate Neck Raises - 3 sets

I missed delts and arms last week due to being so sore and my fucked up back,hence the lowish volume.

I`ll probably regret doing those Triple Drop-Sets tomorrow.

I forget...what is emom?

EMOM is Every Minute On Minute - you do a set at the beginning of the minute, and get rest for the rest of the minute.

E2MOM is every two minutes......so basically, I would do the squat, do the bench, which took about 30-35 sec, then I'd get about 1:25 rest before the next set.

I've used EMOM for DL....work with 70-80% max, do 2 reps EMOM for 12 sets.....the first are easy, the last are hard, and you have to work to keep form, etc.

Very cool. Nothing like getting out there and enjoying the views! I'll be back at it this year, too.
