How is a person who weighs 199.9 lbs going to tell someone who weighs 300 big as fuck how to workout, when you've paid your dues and built yourself up to 300 then you can tell someone who weighs 250 how to workout!

I have better lifts and endurance at 188 vs 230 when I played football. Maybe there is something in "tightening up". You look fat and bloated.  At least Chaos' weight is evenly distributed, so he looks lean.
