And it is when your take steroids?

yes, but you have a greater margin for error  ;)

regarding this - in his book  Ultimate Diet Secrets by greg ellis he quotes studies that show a natural loses 2/3 fat 1/3 muscle for every pound, or something like that.

sounds interesting - the keto diet helps alter this ratio to preserve muscle.

Yes the keto diet when done correctly can enable you to keep most or even gain muscle while dieting. I have trained enough naturals to know that you DO NOT need to lose any muscle while dieting. Too many peole give steroids credit were they deserve none.

well i think there is something in that, as whenever i have dieted using high carbs i always lost strength immediately, and progressively week after week, but on the keto i was still feeling strong weeks into it.

Yep, I learned this many years ago. I have dieted naturals on this type of diet and seen no muscle loss at all.

So, you recomend a keto diet and also (read this elsewhere) consuming some protein and carbs post workout before commencing cardio - particularly when doing 2 sessions?

Sorry, yes to the Keto and no to the precardio carbs. Would be OK to take in some whey though before or during cardio.

whats wrong with whey or real meat? just time the meal if you need them in the blood stream by the time of the workout. they seem like a con.

Chris never used tiratricol.

So his sponsor is lying?

Quote
ThermoLife International and Chris Faildo first came to know each other about 5 years ago when we sent Chris samples of Tricana (the worlds greatest over the counter fat burner ever sold) and asked him to try it. We asked Chris to let us know if he liked the Tricana and if he did, would he endorse it for us and let us use his picture in our ad for Tricana. Needless to say that Chris liked Tricana (and so did everyone else who had ever tried it) and in exchange for a few bottles Chris was nice enough to let us use his picture in our advertisement for Tricana.

Milos,

Always been a big fan and admire the aesthetic physique you brought to the stage, its good to see you posting here again.  I have a few questions regarding diet / contest prep and supplements.

1.  When dieting down are you an advocate of carb cycling, gradual decrease in carb intake, or keto diet?

2.  How do you think your own brand of supplements stack up against other supplements in the industry (serious question, not trying to flame)?  You seem to know what you're doing regards to pre, during, and post-workout nutrition and have trained some great athletes so I am curious to what you have to say.  I've never really done much for pre-workout nutrition, and typically just take the usual whey protein / high GI carb post workout, so I'm looking to improve on this.

3.  And aside from your products, would you recommend anything else for a natural trainer?

Thanks in advance.

I think it's safe to say Chris is aware of Thermolife using his likeness in the ads and that he doesn't have a problem with it. Otherwise he would've denied it here or in the G&O thread. If Thermolife falsely says Chris is a druggie he could sue. He can't really confirm or deny the ad - if the ad is false why hasn't he sued or got it taken off the web? If it's correct it means he has admitted to some drug use.

But whatever... it is what it is.   :-\

Milos,

On PBW you stated that you had no problem discussing steroid usage. In your opinion what would be an ideal 12 week steroid program if wanted to gain size?  Not to compete but to gain size strictly?
