I hate grip training. It just seems like so little reward for the effort. Gotta do it though.

335x5x3  all of them felt good and grooved even better.. going to be working with 335 for awhile until I'm able to get 6 sets of 5 with it. At that point I'll jump another 20lbs up.

nope.. got a few reps with it before I started all that grip vid stuff and tried to take a video of it after the fact and couldn't get the handles to touch so it didn't count for a certification. sucks. I'll get it soon enough.

2brd FOAM press   Basically a foam roller cut in half. Just as thick as a two board but sinks the bar in.. works great!

I used to do this all the time because I didnt have boards (at 24 hour fitness). I took the foam rolller and zipped it up in my hoodie so it didnt roll away. People looked at me a little funny. ;D

haha the one i tried..the whole roller was too thick with little give. The gym I was at at the time had one cut in half so the flat of it sat perfectly on my chest and didn't budge during the pressing. I'm thinking we all need to make one!

765x2x1 HUGE DOUBLE AND HUGE PR!!! I've got the lift on video. Olympic Track and Field athlete doc patton was gracious enough to video it for me. I can't wait to check it out!  There was so much weight on the bar we had to use a band to hold it on because the collars wouldn't fit. Felt damn good to pull this weight!

reverse hypers

3 sets of 20



On these heavier days, I'm doubling up on my atlarge nutrition results supplement intake both the day before and the day of the lift. I've noticed a huge difference in recovery and power during my lifts doing this. It can get kinda expensive but if you load up a little more, there seems to be alot of carry over.

this one has the higher handles. It was 3" over the top of the level ones and it was strapless. not perfect...but i had to get out of my damn head on the pulls lately and it seemed to have worked.

yes sir..waiting..talked to doc patton today and he said that he's just lazy.

paul knight got a video of me being the 6th man in recorded history to pinch 6 10lb plates together  ;D
