personally i like no2 better...they are both expensive and with both i uped the dosage which i find is the only way for it to work but i used No2 with my normal daily supplements (protein,creatine, and glutamine) and i found it worked better and by worked i mean my pump was "noticably" better during my workout but thats all....the pump still went away and with nitrix i didn't have this at all....it seemed just like a regular day in the gym.
