Title: 5 MIN' WORKOUT

So i'm at the gym just finished banging out my sets (with pink dumbbells of course right Milos), and it's 5 min's before closing. Then in comes this 5'7 roughly 155lbs dude, storming into the gym. He warmed up by taking off his sweater and started lifting weights.
Now the broad behind the counter looked at me as if the guy is on crack or using something.

I have never ever seen anything like this for the past couple of years that i've been lifting. Is this something new that weightlifters should be considering doing for maximum muscle mass with 5 min' workouts?

We did the pink dumbells last night (technically they were red).

um, dunno. Only thing I've drank there were post workout shakes. They are good. But not very "special".
Because he uses Ajinomoto amino acid and should taste kind like "salty".

oh, then probably not. Unless the salty taste was covered up by the sweet taste of the fruit in the shake.
Ah....Milos explained the % of each aminos that he blend to you guys?

The kid came in banged out like 4-5 sets including his warm-up set. Now clearly from what i saw he didn't know what the hell he was doing other than "pushing" the weight rather then exercizing it.
