Not really. The smell inside most IHOPS is enough to revolt anyone. They all stink inside like old mold.

edit: just checked their site and they've added new locations. Give me your address and I'll let you know of the closest one.

I usually love a mom and pop/diner over a chain too, but the first time you have breakfast here you suddenly realize what every other pancake you've ever eaten was supposed to taste like.
