Sharper. But I need more change and i had to be lighter. But I stayed same weight as last week :(

Yeah, Thats one choice.
Another choice is even lower the carb.
Paco adviced me that just keeping on and getting dry automaticaly.

an advice from me..hey im a competitor too!
Leave you diet AND training as it is!!! dont starve yourself, you look really good and you dont need to do any drastic changes that will only result in a "tired" physique onstage..
just add 30mins of cardio low intensity every day (walking in the morning) to slowly burn the fat - 9 weeks is still a long time so keep it cool.
dont drop any carbs you will flatten out.

You've got to figure out what's making you hold so much water. It shouldn't be a problem for a healthy natural. :D

My legs hold water a lot(Since there is huge difference between morning and night...) easily.
But my upper body, not.
Anyway, still 5kg of fat i should shedd.

I think Taka's using the wrong term. Paco can talk about water retention, Taka should only be concerned with fat retention. :D

Seriously, once Paco said that i dont have that much fat in my quads and thats water retention.
Then I said I didnt think so and it was fat.
And I think its fat and i will shedd this all. ;)

No. 81kg is after eating first meal.
When i wake up, i am 80.3kg around.
Before sleep 82kg.

As you say, at first, i thought what paco ordered me was crazy.
But, surprisingly, we are capable to train 2hr with high intensity.
At first, you cant do it. But gradualy you get used to it.
Its amazing.

Yes. My diets consist of high protein extremely low complex carbs and so so simple crabs (Pine).
Mon:Pec abs
Tue:Arms Calves
Wed:Back
Thurs:Delts and trap
Sat:Legs

thanks for sharing. Man doesn't training arms the day before back hinder your workout? and legs after trap workout- how do u rest the bar on your back when doing squats?

We used to train back at saturday. But Paco couldnt resist it and we changed it to wed.
Since his arm and my arms are strong bodyparts. We dont worry that much.
And after trap day there is a rest day(Fri).

Good advice you still have time and are still progressing, too early and you lose size especially a natty.

not bad. glutes do still seem weak there a muscle group as much as anything else. lats could do with more wide but overall not bad.
i love the guys face sitting on the leg raise machine as your butt gets nearer

Its a fine line to walk for sure, you still have over 2 months with the condition you are in I wouldnt worry too much until about 4 weeks out.

I dont see any difference compared to last week, abs are a bit more blury. But things can slow down a bit around single digit bodyfat, cant they? So keep up the good work!
Do some tabata and you wont have the energy to do those 2 hour trainings :D:D:D

Method you should ask Kyomu for advices, not knock his body. You could use some.

all that matters to me is I can with all confidence say I could obliterate you from this planet in under 60 seconds. Physique doesnt matter, brains dont matter, income, nothing. All that matters to me is I could kill you fast, and the best part is you know that. That, bottom line is all I care about, so anything you say is meaningless.

9 weeks is a short time, u gotta start tightening up bro. u still have a good amount of fat in your love handle/lower back area and your legs have almost no seperation........

Mmm, This time i dont agree with you. We think that we must shed all the bf in 4 weeksout. Then after i will get full tight look in rest of 4 weeks.

Agreed. There is difference but not that much.
But today, i got sharped dramaticaly. So, if nothing wrong happens, i can show you new state in next video.

Know what you mean though I never competed. I dieted as if it were for a competition. And fucked it up beautifully at the end. Hard to lose the fat/water at the end without losing too much size or not looking flat. Being natural sucks some times.

Just be careful man you may sacrifice size if you start reducing too early. A Natty has to be careful. 8)

kyomu try some falcon kicks or running to bring that middle quad split/seperation out
