I thought I'd make this thread cos I really didn't wanna hijack Lobstah's thread cos it's not fair to her after she competed and she deserves to have her glory in peace.
Anyway, let me bring you up to speed with matters.
Following on from our discussion as you well know Shizzo faked that pm about me offering him money to masturbate for me and he did that because at that time he was upset that I called him a "fat degenerate cunnt" in some thread and he felt that I somehow stabbed him in the back (which was never true).
Then after I melted I threatened to feed him to the crocodiles in Florida and made that fake video pretending to have roid rage at him and he panicked and admitted he faked the pm.
Then I pm'd him saying "Psyche Sucker" and that I was fucking around with him the whole time and that we were all good.
Then Josh and his chums were carrying on fucking around with him in real life and pissing off his family and shit and making fun of his sister etc.
I told Shizz I will fix it and called in a favor from Josh and Josh gave me his word that Shizzo was a made guy and that he was my boy and off limits but to tell him he was doing this for me and not for him and never to come to the other side if you understand what I am saying.
Problem is then I had a falling out with Josh about some dumb shit someone else accused him off (don't want to get into that bit) and he melted hard and decided to fucking hate the whole world and all bets are off and went bat shit insane.
Now at the end of the day I just feel Shizzo has been quiet because he has literally been bullied and not allowed to be himself and that's why he has been so quite recently.
We need to fix this shit up once and for all and my boy needs to be left in peace in real life and allowed to do what the fuck he wants on here and do his usual thing.
The boy is my top earner and him being quite is costing me money and bad for business.
Bottom line is I need to get message out to the other side that Shizz is my boy and that deal was done and needs to be stuck to or we gonna have to go to a turf war or negotiate some kinda new deal.

Recently, a number of members have stopped posting on our site. The resounding theme between them is that Shizzo is "destroying the site". Because of which, they have decided to stop posting until he leaves or is removed.
Personally, I don't care if Shizzo stays or if he goes. That said, my opinion is not part of this vote.
Shizzo suggested (HE BROUGHT THIS UP) that if GetBig truly wants him to leave, that we should create a poll. If the poll reaches a set number of votes for him to leave, then he will leave on his own.
I know what some of you are thinking, "we tried this before and he became a coward the last minute and decided to not leave because he deemed certain votes to come from gimmicks and/or fake accounts of some sort or he added stupid speculations to the voting process".
Because of which, I have set the rules as such...
There will be a 3 day period (72 hours) to vote for Shizzo's departure.
The poll will not serve as a YES (Go) versus NO (Stay) compilation, it will instead simply be a vote off that will take place if 50-votes for him to leave are attained within 3 days.
In order to vote, you must either have more than 1,000 posts on this site OR have been on this site for at least 2 years.
The obvious question, "What if we vote him off and he simply stays?".
If he doesn't honor his agreement to this, I will comply as a moderator. I will simply erase every single post/thread he makes on this forum, furthermore rendering him useless on the forum.

I looked into the situation and approached Shizzo in private. I told him that we need to figure out why he is causing so many posters to leave. In turn, he responded with the suggestion to have a vote off. I simply obliged and stated that it would have to be under my rules.
Look, I'm not a saint or infallible. I try my best to make everyone happy on this forum.
When Shizzo was first sent to Time Out, I was the one that pushed for his release and had him return.
When SHIZZO DECIDED TO BE A PIECE OF SHIT AND VIOLATE THE ONE RULE THAT RON STANDS BY 100% OF THE TIME (NO POSTING OF A MEMBER'S PRIVATE MESSAGES ON THE OPEN FORUM) BY POSTING MY PRIVATE MESSAGES TO HIM, guess what I did? I brushed it off and let him off the hook.
