Why is everyone acting so surprised?  What did you expect after being locked up in a shitty INS hold for that long?  If Vic starts juicing, eating and training hard again, he will be back to where he was muscle wise in 6-7 months max.

I think his weird head shape is the reason he started bodybuilding. He knew he would have to be on high doses of HGH to not look like an alien.

vic is probably very healthy after this break.  it was probably a horrible crash.... caffeine, gear, everything all at once.  But despite all that, he does look healhty in the face.

Now it'll be cool to see him cowboy up and gain back that 60 pounds like it was nothing.  receptors are fresh, joints rested, no injuries.
