It’s when you take a small amount of cannabis concentrate and heat a ‘nail’ = quartz crystal ‘bowl’ if you will , with a blowtorch to 720-900 degrees Fahrenheit - the nail is on the male end of a ‘dab rig’ which would be similar to a small ‘bong’ except designed dofferent
