Without drugs, he wouldn't have a "career" in the first place.

Without it, none would but that's not the point... apparently "flexington" is now a Insulin/Glucagon "expert" and can spot the physical changes on pros hour by hour by simply observing...

Alex,  I fear that this Lonnie Teper fellow will fall in love with you if you attend the Ironman.  Make sure Flex goes with you and do not use the bathroom alone.

As you know, Its a Yamabushi culture.
Shugendo is a mixed up style of Shinto and Mikkyo.
So, its just a style.

But I dont understand well your question to me.
You want to ask me if they are effective(as a esoteric magic) more than Shinto and Mikkyo alone or mixed up style like Shugendo?
Cus Shugendo doesnt look like the pure philosophical quest like Tao or Original Buddism like Sotoshu... And its more like animism too.

Yes i know, i was just curious if you had some special ideas or interesting stuff about it. It's a mixture of Shinto and Mikkyo, but there are some special sides to it, like the shugyou in the mountains and stuff.

I just started reading on it, but as i know about mikkyo and shinto, it's just filling some blanks right now. Nothing really new.

(As for practice, i stay with Zen, lol)

But sometime I understand the style like Mikkyo as a aproach to satori.
Because, Mikkyo or shugendo develope the power of ego(Our mind and wish) to the maximum state that even they try to cause the miracle.
When you have huge power like Kuukai, more you will know that the problem is Not coming from the outside but from inside.Because,he will know that he cant resolve any problem for his happiness.
And the real Zen start from there. Before start Zen, you must accomplish what you want to do at first(Burining the Karma)....

Same here. Mikkyo is also a way to satori.

Shingon and Tandai are really the foundation for the Japanese Zen.

I think many of us wonder if Hidetada will keep in conditioning and make the top 5.

10 days left to go!

See you there!

I'm not impressed with his physique... I think the fact that he is one of the very few asian pros helped him alot publicity-wise.

Mmm, but I liked him looking more powerful when he was with Milos.
Ok,he had that gut too. But still he looked more powerful than now.
I prefer powerful look in BBing more than beauty.

Well lets see, since the atlantic city pro show last august he lost his distended stomach and now has striations in places that he hasnt ever had before.

Its pretty obvious that he dropped the massive amounts of slin that he was taking when he was training with Milos.

Common sense! Use it and stop trying to be cool on a message board!

A lot of guys have dropped the slin during their prep this year and last, but some still use it to load the last few days, its to hit miss, under the lights Hide will look a lot better hes pretty complete, he can survive without it, if he does load on it, the gut will return.
DJ dropped it last year, with Wood retiring, i think the bodybuilding world is waking up and realising that whilst insulin is a great anabolic tool, it promotes fullness in all bodyparts particularly the gut.

very true bro, but according to alex23 your a schmoe because you use basic observational common sense, and know a little bit about insulin.
