i remember when i did my first 220 lbs bench-press, after 10 Months of Training, but that was back in 1981....and it felt great....
Today i did 10 reps with 385 lbs.(175 kg) in the lat pulldown which is "ok for a 45 1/2 years old re-natty" but also not that special cause my PB for 10 reps is 10 lbs. more....when you reach a new level is always a good feeling, but after this we set new goals...and after 28 + yrs of Training itīs not so easy get there...but we will see....
keep on Pumping and progress will follow !
