It was an absolute honor and privilige to meet Nasser in person and for my visit, he was an exceptional host, treating me like family (as bigbobs also mentioned on his visit to Nasser).

He was my personal chaffeur , tour guide etc and paid for everything- meals, tourist sites etc, and i am deeply grateful for the gracious hospitality Nasser displayed.

Some observations i noted from my visit

firstly Nasser is still huge, i would say he weighed in the high 280's to low 290's.
he is bigger than alot of current pro's today.

you see alot of big people in gyms but they are shapeless big people with no V taper and overpowering bodyparts.
Nasser is not only big, he still has great shape and V taper, everything is proprotionate.

Nasser is in great condition, he appeared hard and lean, his forearms were lean and very vascular and would easily tape 18 inches, easy...........cold.
Also Nasser's neck is like a small tree trunk........easy a 20 inch neck.

another observation:

one i found very surprising- Nasser eats very little food , most of it carbs and not much protein. Nasser is big on vegetables too.

He obviously has great genetics for muscle building.

Ms Sato certainly lives up to her name- she has a lovely temprament and demeanour and is sweet as sugar.
Mr Kuma aka the Growler was a bit more territorial but i think grew to like me as long as ididnt venture too near his turf

no, unfortunately my time in SD was quite brief so didnt maange to squeeze in a training session with Nasser

Nasser did take me to several gyms he trains @ and introduced me to his friends the owners there- and a very interesting story i will tell in more detail shortly

Nasser tole me he had been doing a bit of extra cardio recently but only in the form of extra walks with Ms Sato and Mr kuma who both needs multiple daily walks

on that topic, im not sure if bigbobs was painting an overly rosy picture of Nasser's circumstances on his earlier visit or if Nasser's circumstances have changed but Nasser had to work during the day @ the garage and then do a late shift @ his 2nd job.

Nasser's boss is the guy smiling in that pic...........i think he was happy because he was getting free labour from me

given the above situation, it was even more of a superhuman effort on Nasser's part to be such a great host- rushing here there and everywhere between his 2 jobs.

however, his boss did let Nasser finish work early the days i was there- i think because his boss is a nice guy and also because Nasser bought him lunch that day also.

LOL Indeed!!!!! We missed you man, Hope you can take some time off this fall and come down visit!!!!!!

Nasser as you can see from his forearm / shoulder is definitely working on a come back.

Huge beyond belief, and definitely dieting

He is a walking encyclopedia on world history, anthropology, current affairs and world politics. His knowledge is astounding, truly.

I heard Nasser converse in englisg, german, bosnian and also some spanish.

i have no doubt Nasser would be a success in any academic field/endevaour he chooses to undertake

Nasser also has a very dry sense of humor- it was really fun to hang out with Nasser.

He does the best JOe Weider impersonation i have ever heard and his impersonation of Lou Ferrigno is also very very good!
