What are your legit stats?

NO B.S.

Only list them if you lift weights and aren't just a fatass with big fat arms. I'll start:

Height - 5'10" (barefeet)
Weight - 223 pounds (no clothes)
Chest - 48"
Neck - 19"
Thighs - 27"
Calves - 16.5"
Forearms - 13.75"
Biceps - 16.5" (measured with bicep parallel to the floor and arms stretched out....NOT stretched at an angle, which gives an inaccurate reading of over 20")

Why did you put "223 pounds (out of shower)"

Seems quite interesting that you post on a bodybuilding forum and want to inform us about you just getting out of the shower.  :-\ :-\

What is the correlation between weight and just getting out of the shower?

Some sort of schmoe fixation?

No offense, but by the look of your pic, you don't look like you're the type to lift weights. More like the kind of guy who plays dungeons and dragons, YET, you're on a bodybuilding site? Hmmmmm.....
