Hey, while you guys are all staring into the mirror making sure your barbell curls all look like the ones you saw Cory do on Bodyshaping Dave was out winning big contests....HA HA MORONS! What Dave is doing is called wringing every last drop out of his muscles on every set. Believe me I know, I have trained with him from the very beginning, he does train hard and it's never about ego and noise it's about results and winning. He's the most honest hard working bodybuilder you'll ever find. RTB is a cool project, hands down. Well worth the money

Uhh, I think Melvin Anthony's was better....cause he actually won his pro card, and looked damn awesome in the process. That truly was a "How to" DVD.

I saw this guy in Musclemag, looked good, but the lack of arms and leg detail puzzled me ???

RTB2 is not a "how to". It's a documentary about the sacrifices anyone makes when they try to do something out of the ordinary.

(Laura measured me at the gym and this time said i was around 6 ft1 and a half)

id rather be a lil shorter for bodybuilding............ ........so i say 6 ft 1




Gunter also says 6'1...bloody liars.

It is better to be a little shorter though if you are a bodybuilder - no 6'1 bodybuilder wishes to be 6'2 if he wants to be competitive.  5'10 is tall for a bodybuilder lol.

OK buddy. I maintain 225 with a 6 pack year round at 5ft9 drug free. Apparently my using good form is a mistake, obviously if I trained like shit like he does going far too heavy and using swinging movements I will suddenly have a "real" physique. Hopefully I can have small arms narrow shoulders and nonexistant spinal erectors as well  ::)

Really no big deal though....he seems to be enjoying what he does.

Dave will probably turn pro this year by winning the overall in the Masters division in the North Americans.
