Title: The King 3 days out..
Post by: King Kamali on August 15, 2008, 08:18:54 PM
Okay fellas... The goal was 2 pounds of fat loss from last week and I did it. I fucking busted my ass and when I say I was in a zone I mean no one even talked to me in the gym. I looked like I was going to kill someone all week long. Now, this I was expecting, what shocked the hell out of me and disgusted was the fact that I gained 2 pounds of mass at the same time... I weighed in at 270 pounds. Still a long way to go to get that Dexter type of conditioning but I can say that I am at my all time best for the 4 week out mark. New goal is 1.5 pounds of fat by the 3 week out mark.. This will be the hardest week of my life but I am in a zone.. It's on!

looking pretty crazy man, i know i've said this before but INSANE torso thickness, lats and chest are reminiscent of Lee Haney and the delts and traps are among the best in the business as always, the stomach had definitely come down and the arms look bigger, good stuff.

Just got in so I am just now getting to see these. I will get to see some better quality pics tomorrow as King always sends me the infamous grill and deck pics every Sat.  ;D I am very aware of what I want to see in the next 4 weeks. Better separation and striations along with a smaller waist which is coming in very nicely as the weeks go by. Now we are going into phase 2 which is were I come in 100%. Time to work my magic.

Will be making a couple minor adjustments in King's diet for the coming week. King will be stage ready next Sat and my goal is for him to look at his all time best. King has plenty of size right now so my attention is more on detail a getting him back to the freaky separation that had had a few years back.

Disgusted,

King is making an amazing transformation, just like dennis james has this year, both tried to play the size game and didnt fare so well ( well DJ did better than King ) . What do u think of Dennis' decision to come down to a lighter body weight and what do u think about Kings decision to do the same

Thanx

Looking great, man. Not the most flattering poses but your conditioning is looking close to what it did when you got your pro card. If you can emulate that again... it will be nuts!! Please bring it back. It's like conditioning has been forgotten in the IFBB. Hope that your diet continues to go well. All the best.

QuakerOats: Things are looking right on. The mass is there and the fat is coming off.. I'll be ready.

flexingtonsteele: Thanks for the props. but I'm sorry to correct you on something.. I'm not trying to come in lighter at all. I weighed in first thing in the morning on an empty stomach at 268 lbs. and that's after 5 days of low carbs. DJ is about 235 pounds right now and I will be 260 on stage at the AC.. That's 25 pounds more than the man. Weight is relative to conditioning and I dropped the hammer sinve the Ironman Pro to fix some structural issues.. That damn "orange powder" is amazing.

dustin: Thank you.. will do.

BIG ACH: 1.5 pounds of fat by next Saturday and it will look crazy.

BigJ: There is no distension what so ever. That comes from Insulin abuse and high volumes of growth. No 'Slin means no carbs.. I've taken 2.5 inches off my waist since the Ironman.. More to come.

windsor88: You don't get it brother... Insults like this mean I look amazing.. 'Nuff said. ;D

michael arvilla: Thanks man.. That'smy training partner Pro Wrestler Paul E. Nourmous (WWE B-Circuit).

YES, King you are looking SICK dog! Your back has so many lumps on it it looks like a chewed up piece of bubble gum LOL. Biggest transformation I've seen in a while keep it up DUDE. Yo, I may be clueless or whatnot, but what is this fucking "Orange Powder" you are talking about. REMEMBER the only way you can tell if you are in shape is if you have straited glut's. BEST of luck King, we all know you don't need it.

Big J nothing wrong with calling things as you see them bro. This comment gives me a change to clear up a few things not just about King, but about what is happening with some of these guys in general. I don't recall anyone else ever bringing this up before, but if they have I haven't seen it. You see two types of distention going on with these guys. One is a look you have say right after eating a huge meal and the other is a very wide thickening of the obliques. The first is easy to correct the second not so easy. If you look back at some of the pics of the last show King was in his obliques have come down a lot. I am not 100% sure as to why we are seeing this more and more today, but I have my suspicions. In the pics that you are talking about you need to realise that King had just gotten done working out and he was sucking aair bigtime and the person who took these shots was catching him in the middle of a breath on a few of them. Just compare them to the 5 week out pics and you will see what I mean. Also notice how his obliques have been streamlined compared to past shows. Last year in the NY Pro show his obliques were very small also, but the judges did not seem to like that look too much overall as he came in lighter.

I think it was a good decision for Dennis to come down in weight. I like Dennis so I hate to critique so it's nothing personal. I think Dennis' waist came way down, but in the process he has lost some of the freaky size that he is known for which may cost him in placings in future shows. Best thing for him to do is to slowly gain back some of the size that he has lost which is not much while keeping his waist in check. As far as King I am not so much worried about what he weighs just getting him to look a certain way and where ever his weight falls so be it.

King do you do deadlifts regularily?  I think what some people mistaken for distenstion is really just the side effect of heavy deads.  With heavy deads the ab side walls get really thick and the stomacs can stretch if the lifter is not concentrating on keeping the stomach tight during the movement.  Heavy pull overs also spead the abs out.  Look at Cutler.  He was a heavy duty pullover doer in his younger years and look at how messed up his upper abs are.  I think years ago Ronnie mentioned this as to why his abs are seperated a bit.

Overall you're looking real tight.  Shoulders and back are ridiculous.  What tanning product are you going to use?  I remember some photos of the old king where you looked a little splotchy and a little too dark.  With the right tan and gettign a little tighter you'll be spot on for the show.

What's this orange powder?

GOOD ADVICE....

Start practicing vacuums NOW.  HARD.  On Frnt Dbl Bi do a vacuum not flex your abs.  Your waist is too big to crunch down.  Vacuum would look MUCH better and take off 3-4 inches in that pose.  Again, vacuum before you crunch those abs on side tri.  Gotta keep it FLAT.  Ab n thigh...flex abs INWARD not outward

NaturalWonder83:  Appreciate the props... Milos showed me a trick last year did the job on my waist line.. Down about 2.5 inches.

ironjoe:  I'm on it brother.. Trust me.

Ron:  Didn't I just beat David Henry and Will Harris at the Ironman Pro this year?!? Hummmm, I think I did. See you in AC... You are personally invited to my room for some sneak peak shots.

Moosejay:  Things are looking good. Disgusted is not an easy man to impress and he just told me I have a long way to go.. 1.5 pounds this week.

big_mal:  Thank you man.

mon_of_steele:  Use to do the heavy deads all the time but not this year. I stuck to "bodybuilding" and not so much powerlifting. I have an endorsement contract with Jan Tana and this time I will go back to my old method of getting sprayed 3 days out so by the time Saturday comes I am as dry as Nuns ass. I wish I knew what the Orange Powder is.. disgusted will not tell me but it works.

TooPowerful4u:  Way ahead of you bro. Milos had me doing these exercises last year, BUT, it's not always the best for every physique. Look at Toney Freeman.. When he crunches down and it works wonders for him. Imagine if he did the vacuum, it would take 30% away from his conditioning "look". Victor is another good example. It depends on your structure and the way you hold your legs in that shot.

I've been involved on the supplement business for over 20 years. Anyway, I originally put this drink togther as a prework drink (not an NOS drink). It was intended to be used to help with blood flow meaning better pump, better transportation of nutrients ect. What I found was it also had another effect on the body which was not 100% unexpected and that was it dries out the physique extremely well while keeping the muscles very full. Although unexpected, I didn't realise how well it would work in that aspect. I still need to play around with the formula and the timing of the product and if all goes well I may bring it to the market. BTW, I have had this formula in mind for the last 4 to 5 years I just never acted upon it.

King you said you're going to do the Olympia but you'll need top 3 or 5 at the AC.  Please don't look past the AC and come in the sickest you can for that show and leave nothing on the table, then prep for the O.  It will be hard to peak twice but you've got to give it your all.  1. to show people that you still got it. 2. For personal proof that you are top 5 material.

Good luck.

Now one more thing.  When are you and Kai going to guest pose together and take the fvcking house down?

mon_of_steele:  Will do... I will be 100% at the AC.. Kai has a different style. I have something special planned for the AC and the Olympia will be something never done before. I have a great team behind me with Supreme Protein and they are making it easy for the KING!

King,  Consider doing some vacuum's to bring in your abs and strengthen your internal ab muscles.  (See http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/ms-fit5.htm (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/ms-fit5.htm).)  From the poses you post, your abs are pushing out to much and will take away from your look.

EBA84:  Things are headed in that direction.

MindSpin:  At my best I will qualify for the Olympia.

rayrod:  That's the company name.. Try the Supreme Bar and I promise you will be hooked.. They are that good.

warchild:  We shall see.

dantelis:  I believe we have already discussed this in detail. I have been working on this and it will show on stage. My abs don't push out, they "lump" out because they are very muscular. I never train abs for that reason alone. On competition day I will have an empty stomach and it will be on the money.

I have always been a big fan of your 2002 Mr Olympia routine, especially the first few minutes. Cool yet artistic at the same time.

His 2001 Olympia Routine was BAD ASS too, he turned people's boos in really Loud ass cheers, even the commentators talked about it and it was in the magazines.

Its too bad when you ordered the Olympia Video, for some reason some of the routines were cut out, including the best one of the night which was King's!  And unfortunately you can't find it on youtube or any of the video sites, sucks!
King if you've got a copy of that posing routine you should post it up!  Amazing stuff!!

smaul:  Thanks.. I stopped deadlifting 800 pounds off the floor and wore a weight belt ALL THE TIME. I also stopped training abs and it did the job.

webcke:  I try to bring something special each and everytime I pose on a stage. That routine was fun and the crowd really gotinto it.

wes:  I'm suffering.. Trust me. I see improvements as each day passes. Still 100% on track and still a lot more to go.

BigAnt:  Will do my friend. NY gyms are very hardcore and there are a lot of meatheads... I still miss Tyson's Gold's.. Too many good memories.

michael arvilla:  I'm on track to do just that.

CQ:  No sweat.. It was time to put myself back out there so fans can see the transformation and get inspired.. Because your comments do inspire me and I thank you all.

True story about King..

There is King Kamali--The IFBB Bpdybuilder...sure, a bit cocky, (you gotta be to make it in this crazy sport) abrassive with Titus/Farah (they started it, King just defended his ground) and tells people like it is (any publicity is good publicity)...Than there is King Kamali the person, father-husband, good friend and loyal to his fan base...At the Night of the Champions/before the NY Pro took over, I was there with an
ex-girlfriend and her son, the ex's son drew a picture of King the night before. So we see King around the corner of the Beacon Theatere, the boy and I talk to King, and he gives the picture he drew to King, King says thank you and talks to the kid/me for a while, admires the picture (he did a great job for a 12 year old) and King tells us to meet up with him after the night show...We go to the dressing roon where King and Chic are sharing after the finals, King takes the T Micheal shirt off his back, autographs for the kid and engage in more converstaion with him, Chic joins in, we say good bye and thank you...The kid was very excited and the shirt hangs on his wall soon as we get home....Fast forward to the Arnold Classic, 10 months later, me, the ex, and her son go, we see King and Chic at the finals banquet, inline for food, King remembers the boy's name and says...Hey Taylor, how are you, still got my shirt"  Taylor is again, excited and Bob than talks to him, remembers his name also...we all talk for a while and say good bye.  Millions of people are met and gone by, but King remembered this boy's name...I don't see this girl any more, but I do run into her cousin, and he told me the T Micheal shirt is still hanging up on Taylor's wall, in his room...

The King's predictions. Now, one to things that matter. I just got back from Charleston South Carolina where I guest Posed at the Excalibur BB Championships. I was 261 lbs. on stage and rocked the fucking house. I am almost ready.. almost. Disgusted and I tried out an amazing new method of filling/drying out with the "orange" powder and we are both very happy with the results. Now it's time to drop the hammer and get stupid shredded. At 255 I will be ready for battle.

Guest posing on 48 hours of zero carbs and no diuretics. Conditioning is right on for 3 weeks out and size is right there with the best. Now, it's time to shred it up to crazy proportions. The AC Line-Up is deep so I know what needs to be done. I'll post 2 week out pics later this week and there should be a noticable change especially in the quads/hams/and glutes. Remember fellas.. It's not about beating the others, it's about coming in at my best. Let these ass clowns talk about "placings".. Be at your best and you can't be denied. More to come ;)

Man your getting back to the basics, your not trying to take every supplement out there, your not trying to do the heaviest deadlift, bench-press, squat out there. Your midsection (while not perfect yet) is much improved!!. Your starting to get back to the basics and your not chasing a pipe dream anymore. Your physique is pretty sick, maybe not Flex Wheeler or Kevin Levrone like, but definitely better then 85% of the BB out there. Word of advice: If the judges don't reward your improvement's, hard work, and your readjustment to become a more mainstream super-heavyweight freakthen they're fucking blind, I and many other fan's will be Super Pissed, your doing the right thing, GOOD LUCK.

P.S. You will definitely be the biggest most ripped BB in this show, just like Cutler will be at the "O". And if history has anything to do with the placing's;s you should get too 5 simply because you will be the biggest, most ripped and improved.

Always keep your standards high and never be satisfied...you know this.

We may actually make the 6 hour drive to Ac just to see YOU.

BB is so boring these days, as you know. You add considerable zest.

I had a great time in SC and both Shannon and Tre (super promoters and great friends) made me feel like I was home.. Love you both. Fellas, I am 85% in these pictures. To beat Freeman and DJ I Will need to be at 95% which means striated glutes and NO FAT in the back. If you look at the Back Double Bicep shot you can see the small roll in the back... That's fat. Now you guys are starting to see what I mean when I say 1.5 to 2 pounds of fat to go. I will be going zero carbs this entire week to accomplish this goal. Almost everything has grown especially the quads and arms. The blinders are on and I am in a zone.. Thanks again for the support...

King that lat spread is wicked.  That thickness reminds me of Dennis James.  The one thing you have that Freeman has trouble with is drying up twice.  He nailed the Europa and I think he'll have trouble nailing it again.  Hopefully the judges beleive in redemption and don't already have their top 5 in mind.

Polska_Sensation: The improvements came from changing my training style and a lot of deep tissue massage.. That shit works.

mon_of_steele: Thanks for the back props.. More detail and it will be complete. Toney is using the no carb. method so he will be sharp again at the AC, but he will have a tired look to him. Competing takes its toll and it will show... he will be in the first call out.

Moosejay:  Look above.

I am on track and looked very dry in the gym tonight. I'mtired but still have a lot of fuel in the tank. More to come.

Shoots. Just from reading this thread I've now become a Kamali fan. Amazing how much our perceptions are influence by the media. Kamali isn't always portrayed in the most positive way in the press. Although I did (and do) find his columns the most interesting and always read it first he just didn't seem like my kind of guy. It's the image that's been put out there.

Well, he's OK in my book (I do have a book). He speaks his mind and doesn't take any crap. He's constantly attacked, criticized and ridiculed even on this board but he just keeps at it. He may not be a Mr. O right now but neither was Shawn Ray. He does seem to have carved out a good life for himself and will be successful and happy even after his competitive days are over which is more than you can say for a lot of other former bodybuilders. It's not like the sport has any retirement or pension plans.

And to paraphrase a chilling comment often said here on GetBig: He's not going to die but is going to live for us bitches!

I'm happy you're here, King, taking the time to talk to us -- most who are just wanabes and never-will-be (such as myself) -- and letting us in on the life of a pro.

Though I'm late to the crew I'll be cheering for you.

Back holds up and that is it.  Calves and hams aren't cut and smaller than the others and his waist is big compared to the other three.

His back to waist ratio is the best out of those guys he is being compared to. If I recall correctly he weighed around 240 at that show and his waist was very small.

If you say so.  Looks like the guy just to the right of King has a smaller waist and better differential between his delts/back width and his waist size.  Do you have any more or better pictures from this show to better compare?

i agree, i've said it before, the days of the tiny waists are gone forever on EVERYONE, even Dexter's waist looks big in some shots, it's the sheer amount of food that these guys have to eat, King's looks no bigger to me than any other 245 plus onstage guy and i mean any of them Gustavo, Jay, Wolf, Victor, etc.

I agree bro and unfortunately that is the way it is for now. Just trying to find a happy medium. King is at 260 and for his height and weight his waist is only going to get so small. He should step on stage at 253 and will likely lose about another 1.5 inches off his waist.

exactly, it's the bodyparts AROUND IT that make it look smaller, no fuccking way on earth is a 255-260 pounds onstage guy gonna have a 32 inch waist, i'd wager to bet that Ronnie's waist was at least 40 inches but his chest was right around 60 which makes it look OK, this bullshit of melvin claiming a 27-28 inch waist is for the birds. ::)

Got it.  So bodybuilding is an optical illusion.  As long as you look big in chest back and shoulders, your waist will appear smaller, even if you are sporting a 40 inch, HGH and insulin bloated belly.   ::)

And what do you do about height?  You can only add so much weight to a 5'10" body and still make it look good.  Even though Ronnie Coleman won the Sandow 8 times, most people seem to agree that he was at his best during the 1998 and 1999 Olympias where he competed at 250 lbs on his 5'11" frame.  He looked like shit in later years when he packed on too much extra pounds.

There are lots of other pictures that prove that, I'll post them later cause i'm on a slow connection right now!

Did  your Mommy drop you on the head when you was born or maybe the Dr mistook your head for your ass when he slapped you.  ???

Nope.  But apparently you have your head shoved up Kings ass so far you can't see or breath or think straight.

Even Chick noted on PBW this week when talking to Gustavo Badell, that getting too big (as Gustavo did when around 250-260 lbs) made Gustavo's waist look too big.  Chick recommended that Gustavo drop down to 230 lbs to bring in a tighter package and smaller waist.  It works the same way with King and the others that play the size game.  You can only get so big before the illusion of small waist to large back/delts is lost.

How have I talked shit on King?  I am critiquing his physique compared to the others you posted.  Show me a quote on this post where I have dogged King or where I have taken pot shots at him?

I think that you are too enamored of King to critique his physique objectively.  Show me some other photos from that show to back up your assertion that King is better than the other 3 guys on stage.

I wish King all the best at the Atlantic City Pro and hope he does bring his A game and show people that he can compete with the best.

oh i don't know maybe when you said, "he looks like shit" ::) King has his flaws like ANY bodybuilder but like it's been stated before take the negative disrespectful comments out of here, you can respectfully critique the guy but that's uncalled for for a guy who busts his ass and works as hard as King.

DANTILIS, we appreciate your analysis, it seem's like you know BB pretty well. I am not saying that King is better then Kai Green and the other BB's on that stage overall or at every  BB show. But if you don't think King look's amazing and quite possibly better then the rest of the guy's in that particular pose and photograph then you are either a Kamali hater, like Disgusted said, or you are NUTS.

I never said that King didn't look good in that picture.  His back is ripped and huge, especially his traps.  I just don't think that he crushes the other guys and is not necessarily the best one in that shot.

A single photo doesn't always tell the whole tale.  Show me a few other shots from this contest, including more back shots of King, and I might agree with you.

Also, how about Yates vs. Nasser from 95-97?

True. But now Kai's back is even more improved. At the ASC his back was huuuuge.

King does destroy everyone in that shot though.

Sorry for being away for a few days brothers but after I posted my guest posing pictures I received many phone calls from people all over the country (and 1 from England) from people who love me and have stood by my side from day one. It seems I have a lot of people excited about the package I'm bringing to the AC Pro. I can't say how much I have apprecited the support and the energy it has given me.. Thank you all. Now, Jim (disgusted) with the assistance of Milos are putting the final touches of the last 2 weeks of my prep. It's a unanimous call that my size is more than enough and what will take me back to the Olympia will be crazy conditioning. I have been on a ZERO carb. diet since I got back from South Carolina and it's pretty much hell on earth. I am having trouble just driving my car or just paying attention to people when they speak to me. It's old school suffering and it's not for everyone. Like I said before, there will be no predictions or smack talk (for now).. I'm doing my best to qualify for the Olympia... Period! I'm sure Jim will keep you all updated on my progress. Now to comment on some of your remarks:

dantelis:  Look here brother... I hear you and you are entitled to your opinion. We all can sit back and say: The Ravens suck or Brady choked or Tyson Gay is finished etc... but that still does notchange that fact that one team won the super bowl, the other was a super bowl MVP and the other was once the worlds fastest man.. Do you see my point. This is bodybuilding bro.. any athlete is one slice of pizza away from placing 6th or 1st. Cutler won the symmetry round each year he won the Olympia.. Is he the most symmetrical man on the planet? I could go on an on. They key to all of this and when I say "all" I mean the whole bodybuilding world from that zit faced little nerd on the main board this site who puts Ronnie's face on a gorillas body and makes fun of the greatest we have ever had in our sport to the old man who even with sever joint pain and other body ailments still gets up and goes to the gym each and everyday and lifts those weights just because he LOVES IT.. It's about how YOU feel about yourself that matters. I've seen the world (twice) and got a standing ovation at the Mr.Olympia and had Arnold hand me the first best poser award he ever gave out on his stage as 5000 people applauded.. I have lived out my dream and I did it for ME. Enjoy the bodybuilding lifestyle and the day you start putting down others for selling their soul to the Iron Gods is the day you should take up golf.. Because it's not worth it at the end. God Bless

I was waiting for you come in here and make a post.. It's like putting a crack rock in locked box in the middle of the slums.. Sooner or later a cracky will break in and get his fix. For a little background on jaejonna for those out there that are not familiar with this kid, he is one of the original getbig ass clowns that I use to smack around once in a while back in the day. He is your quintessential wannabe bodybuilder that has no clue as to what this sport is about and believe me folks, all he lives for is getting juiced up for the week so when he takes his shirt off at Pacha (an NYC Club) he will blend in with the other Neptunes rejects that are 1 pill away from cracksville. Now here is the funny part, after making two phone calls I found out who he is, where he trains, where he works and who his closest friends are. It's amazing what happens when "his boys" hear King Kamali on the other side of the phone and cave in like little bitches. You have ample opportunities to come see me face to face and open your mouth but in 5 years you still don't have the balls to confront me like a man. Well son, you have already made some mistakes with others and your ass under watch and one day.. One day soon, I will pay you a visit with your boy Vinny G. and embarrass you in front of all your boys to the point where you will have to move out of Jersey just to show your face. And to answer your question, yes my life is 100 times more complete than Shawn. Financially, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. You should worry about yourself kid.. Galanti can't save you anymore.

dantelis:  Look here brother... God Bless

great post king! I can only see the best in your future with jim and milos helping you out!

This is called winning!

Zero carbs, King you know suffering brings out our inner strength, a test, and sometimes we need to
re-test ourselves...there is no studying involved, it is about hard work...NOTHING NEW TO YOU!

KEEP GOING STRONG--MIND&BODY!

"Like I said before, there will be no predictions or smack talk (for now).. I'm doing my best to qualify for the Olympia... Period!" King Kamali

Glad to see that you have taken the high road, King.  All you can do is work on your own body and bring the best to the contest.  The best way to shut people up is to bring the best physique you can and win the Atlantic City Pro and continue on to the Olympia in top condition.  As I've said previsously, good luck at the Atlantic City Pro.

As you say, bodybuilding is about opinions.  There is no clear knockout or winner, because it is a subjective contest beholden to the wims of individual judges, the crowd and even stage lighting and missed comparisons.  I can't give in to Big Ach, Quaker Oats and Disgusted's subjective view that you destroy everyone in that picture, because I don't see it that way.  Our varied opinions don't make any difference one way or the other as to how the contest was ultimately decided.

i'm talking about the rear spread picture, it's also obvious and i'm sure King would agree that in the front spread picture he definitely needs more quad sweep and i'm sure he's been working on that.

God Bless you King K, I hope you win, I certainly think you have it in you, great post and don't worry to much about these people because I measure what a mans made out of based on the amount of sufferment he can endure physically, emotionally and mentally and I can assure you that all the sufferment some of these clowns have been through doesn't add up to what you go through in only one contest prep

This is Getbig not a spelling B loser.

Jim and I just checked in at the Trump Marina and after 10 minutes of arguing with each other he convinced me to post these pics. I am 254 lbs. and without a doubt in the best shape of my life. Jim's "death" program worked and to say that I am GRAINY is an understatement. At this point I know I will do well but just how well we all will have to wait and see. Personally I have all my family from Washington DC, Maryland & NYC are here and many friends from all over the country. I am having a blast and NOTHING will change that. So for all you out there who are still on the "where will he place" kick... I could give a rats ass.. I am retarded shredded and much improved.. 'Nuff said. To the real Iron Warriors out there enjoy the pics and thanks for sticking by me throught this hell. God Bless you all.

bodybuilding is all about judging so of course we will predict placings...doesn't mean we aren't true iron warriors. I respect what you have done and are doing and have a full understanding the crazy shit you put yourself through to look the way you do...but i'm still going to critique and judge. We aren't implying we are better than you in any way so just ignore it if you don't like what you read.

However, I do wish you all the best. It's great that your family and friends will all be there. It will make it that much more enjoyable. Will you have any time in AC to yourself after the show?

Best of Luck you look much improved and I hope you do well.

Well brothers, Jim and I just got back from the athletes meeting and we were told that pre-judging will be at 12:30. We came back to the room and decided to take some last minute pics. I am 100% on target and we are ready. I am in the best shape of my life and tipping the scale at 251.4 lbs.. I'm happy to have gone through this with you guys and have you be a part of the transformation. This "magic powder" that I have been talking about for months now will change the sport of bodybuilding. Jim will take the supplement industry like a storm when he releases this genetic breakthrough of sport science. Thank you Jim I owe you big time. BTW.. The last picture on the bottom is probobly the craziest picture I have ever taken of my physique.. I myself am shocked at the insanity.

King,

U looked great, I dont think there was much more else u could do! In the comparison pics you OWNED everyone from the back as a whole, your back, hams, glutes, were better than all the other competitors u had it all where most of them were missing something. Also  your conditioning was spot on, and no ones was better!

Congrats bro on a job well done.

Pre judging was a blast. Pictures are great but you should have been there in person. I walked out and the place went crazy... Very emotional moment for me and well worth the suffering. People, I used no diuretics, no insulin and no carbs.. and I am 100% happy with the results. In some shots I was not flexing my quads like I should have been but from the back it was lights out. I'll post more pics in a while.
