Me and my wife we're "working" on having a little italian lifter, but the "schedule" is becoming quite taxing for the old italian lifter...
Ok, jokes aside (i.e. you want to have a go with the old wife etc etc), seriousely what can be useful to help me get more stamina and strenght?
