freaking great, cant believe the haters have not called "all drugs". shoulders look incredible, what do you do for them?
shopulder work out is
a machine nautilus or hammer
1 plarte for 20, 2 plates for 15 ,3 plates for 10 ,4 plates for 10, five plates for as may as i can with good form then i do half reps at the top for 5..
then i drop set two plates at time repping out...............then reverse pec dec starting around 220 and dropp setting at least 5 times......then 2 set up right rows for 12 then two sets of dumbells or cable raises for 10, thne shrugs for three sets with 80 to 100 lb dumbells with 5 sec pauses at the tp of every rep iam done in about 30 -45 min then abs
