Damn, sorry to hear about the set back... How the hell did you do that?
I laid out for about a week just to catch a break you know, but I've been back solid this week and last, so it's all good now in the gym.
Remember... drinking kills brain cells... but only the weak ones.
Believe it or not, I just slightly twisted my knee the wrong way and heard a loud "pop". Ligament got f'd and meniscus torn. Lots of rehab, and if that goes well then no surgery. I'm not even 35 and I'm falling apart at the seams.
But I've been biking a lot (which oddly doesn't hurt my knee at all, and even seems to help it), so I'm hoping to keep from wasting away below the waist.
