Eating like a "normal" person
« on: August 02, 2012, 10:55:21 PM »
Okay, so for all you guys who always say you eat like a "normal" person and are leaner and fuller then when eating a typical bodybuilding diet, why do you this?

What does your average diet day consist of?

Currently I'm eating 5-6 meals a day all containing about 30-40g protein? Too much in your opinion?

Would you say cutting back to 3 "clean" meals a day with a good amount of protein and a bit of carbs is the way to go to stay lean and have enough energy for the day?

Eg:
Breakfast:
4 Eggs
50-60g Oats

Lunch:
1 Can Tuna
2 Apples

Dinner:
5-6 Eggs / 200g Steak / 200g Chicken
Maybe some carbs (rice/potato)
Veggies

Who the hell eats a can of tuna and two apples for lunch? NOrmal people have a big sandwich with fries or a plate of spagetti or something like that pluss a milkshake and biscuits.

Ok, but then you are not normal. You can't eat like a normal person and eat healthy at the same time. Thats just the way it is.

Many people that are "normal" still eat healthy.

Pull your head out of the sand. Its not normal to be healthy.

Do you want to eat healthy or do you want to be normal. I prefer to be normal.

Yes I know, its not a lot of calories. But I enjoy to eat it, its filling and makes me feel good. What would you rather recommend then?

And remember I still want to lose fat, so that's why I keep the calories low

How would you set up a "normal" eating plan then? With semi-healthy food?

G_thang's inability to hold down meat is party due to his large consumption of human meat i.e. daily cock sucking, and party due to his childhood conditioning which consisted of kool-aid, grape drink, and cheese pizza. They didn't have enough money to load on KFC chicken buckets.

Meal 1 - milk + protein shake = 274cals, 33p, 14c, 9f

meal 2 - tomato and basil chicken with potato wedges = 386cals, 32p, 38c, 12f

cardio = 30mins @ 50% VO2max / 128-135 bpm - which studies show is where my peak fat oxidation occurs. This worked out at around 95 rpm on the bike.

snack - coffee + chunky kitkat + 2 finger kitkat = 435cals, 7p, 49c, 23f

meal 3 - turkey fajitas and mexican rice = 423cals, 41p, 47c, 9f

meal 4 - lamb rogan josh = 486cals, 40p, 20c, 28f

daily totals = 2012cals, 153p, 168c, 80f
ratios = 30/31/36

How would you set up a "normal" eating plan then? With semi-healthy food?
breakfast:
A "bb" breakfast..
3 eggwhites- 5 whole eggs (omellet)
oats, maybe a fruit.

lunch:
Eat whatever your mother/gf cooks.

dinner:
eggwhites and yolks or something else maybe some beef, cottage cheese etc (try to keep the last meal light)

in between you can have some chocolate, coffee, sweets, drinks, snacks...etc.

looks pretty normal to me. You can have your breakfast and last meal "bbing related" because youre actually at your home. during the day and lunch have whatever you want..not too dirty not too clean, keep a balance and measure portions by the eye..

And the most important, TRAIN or you will look like a normal person.

good luck.

Are you saying G-thang is the type of guy that when asked what his favorite cut of steak is responds with "T-Girl"?
