i just realized this and i decided bodybuilding is a very self centered activity
i am going to quit bodybuilding, join the missions and contribute to a better world

This is what you say in the office and in public when talking about the world news in order to remain a social human being and reap the benefits of having people around you, but you don't really do it.
Instead you sneak in the bathroom to check out your front double bi and put your focus on which excercises you are going to do tonight at the gym. Living the dream!

I love the feeling I get after watching an advert for a particularly terrible human cause. I get a burst of humanitarian energy and feel like really making a difference in the world, then I use this burst of enthusiasm to get a good session in the gym.
I've considered making a pre-workout video montage of all red cross/oxfam/water aid videos, with maybe some metallica as the soundtrack

Yes I often lift for the children in Africa and somehow I feel like my positive energy helps in a butterfly effect way.
Recently I did a superset on the ab machine specifically for the typhoon victims in the Phillipines.

Halo do you not realize being shredded with 18" arms does contribute to a better world? You are a role model to the young showing them to not be a fat slob to get off their ass train and then one day......soon.........ge t the girls

Hahaha yes, tonight i'm going to try for a 1RM on bench in aid of those who have been crushed by buildings in earthquakes, and some pull ups for those who have fallen off the edges of cliffs while hanging on!

When I watched that video, I was hoping for the ending to somehow change like when you watch Titanic lol. i dunno maybe the cartel would be like, you know what this is bullshit, all we do is chainsaw heads off and what thanks do we get?
