I've noticed an alarming amount of threads dedicated to questioning Groink's status as either a natural or steroid user.
For the sake of not resuscitating a dead horse back to life by constant beatings, can we agree that it doesn't really matter if the man has a perpetual testosterone drip attached to his arm releasing 10 grams an hour OR if he is just a natural with great genetics that have allowed him to build ridiculous amounts of muscle over a 50 year span?
What truly matters is that the guy has a decent build.
Is he the best built guy here? No.
Does he work harder than everyone here? No.
Will you gain anything from proving that he is or isn't a steroid user? No.
He is just as fair with you guys as ANY IFBB pro is when a complete stranger asks them whether they use steroids. Many IFBB pros will tell you that they don't use the stuff and instead direct you to a long line of supplements that their sponsor have in stores.
So really, can this endless, meaningless debate regarding Groink's status come to an end? The threads aren't funny and it always ends up with him providing the exact same answer every single time.

With the amount of quality hormones that has been injected into all cattle, I doubt many kids and adults alike today are as natural as they think they are.
Just look at your average children and adults of the 70's era and compare them to the behemoths we have running around today.
Young girls in the 60-70's, as I remember it, used to get their periods in their mid teens (14-16) and didn't develop much breast tissue until they were well into their teens.
Today, we have little girls getting their menstrual periods at the early age of 8 or 9 and having breast tissue just as early in many cases.

No....I kept all my muscle and lost fat without dieting. I'm barely taking more than a TRT dose. 350 mgs. test and 200 tren enth. I'm not going to explode on such small doses. I wanted to recomp my body and that's exactly what i did. always had the size naturally but wasn't lean...now I have both on a very safe dosage

Still, I have to correct you on the TRT dose. Ask any endo and they will say 100mg of enanthate will put most in the upper-normal range. Even this dose/injection frequency is fairly new development in hormone replacement. I have a few years old PDR here and Testoviron was to be shot like every 4-6 weeks. That's 250mg every 4-6 weeks. Of course this was imperfect since it caused VERY supraphysiological levels first few days and hypo after a couple of weeks but the total test dosage was obviously calculated to match normal production in that time interval.
Now Nebido has replaced it here in Sweden and other euro countries. It's a 1000mg shot of Test Undecanoate and the PDR says one shot every 10-14 weeks. That comes out to 70-100mg/week.
250mg is TRT only if go to one of these "health clinics" who help people with mild doping, not replacing normal levels.
Of course that tren dosage is nothing nowadays, especially to a seasoned juicer. But from a physiological perspective it's a HUGE boost in androgen level. And compared to nothing at all it's enough to increase muscle by quite a bit. I saw what 76mg of Para did to my friends, and while it didn't make them champions it was a big change from squeaky clean. Shit, Ben Johnson did 6mg of Winstrol a day with maybe 5-10mg of dbol and that wouldn't even cover breakfast for a bodybuilder. A little tiny bit goes a long way compared to absolutely NOTHING. It all depends on what level one is what one tries to accomplish.
Shit, my brother who is over 30 just now doing his first cycle. After 4 shots of 250mg Test E weekly he got edema in his ankles and weight is up over 10lbs despite going on a diet and starting cardio (the steroid was to reduce any muscle loss as his goal was to lose some flab which he has done). It's not a physiological dose.
There's no hating coming from me. I'm just giving my opinion.

I think it's very dngerous to up the dose. If on 500 mg a wk of AAS you manage 240@ 7% ... once you go to a gram or 2 grams you are in danger of surpassing Ronnie 2003 offseason. And you saw how difficult it was for him to even breathe.
Plus at 350 lbs and 5 % they would probably abduct you for experiments to see how it is humanly possible to naturally hold on to so much muscle.

The average male produces between around 30mg to 60mg of testosterone per week. 100mg is used for TRT due to less bioavailability of injected synthetic testosterone esters compared with naturally produced testosterone in the body.
A doctor who prescribes 250mg per week is being extremely generous. ;)

Same reason why older fellas go on TRT -- you need it more. If you've built an impressive physique naturally it's gets harder and harder to maintain or improve when you get older because your hormones drop. The solution is to raise your hormone levels.

Only one problem with that theory, Groink has admitted to using boat loads of pills/XTC/GHB over the years. So he's an addict. well , first why the need to call me asshole?
second , a lot is based on potential... every president when chosen for a first term is chosen based on potential. and that is the same all over the world.
irl the people with the most potential go further even if they had the same qualifications/results/experience
for example 2 people apply for a job as a salesmanager, both equally qualified, and both very motivated.
just one is a ugly mother and the other a handsome fella... who do you think they will hire???
