Are you referring to something like V-8 juice?  Because it's not even close to an alternative.  There really just isn't an alternative to fruits and veggies.  You either eat them or you don't.

veggie replacements, oh boy....  ::) ::)

So instead of a steak with baked potato and broccoli or some fish with brown rice and spinach you can have

a whey shake with 3 caps greens, 3 caps fish oil and some waxy maize.

Agreed I wouldn't replace vegetables. But you can buy some as a supplementary thing to your diet. Stuff like Golden Gains has a fuill serving of fruits/veggies for the day, but that doesn't mean to not eat fruit/veggies.

Not exactly what I'm after. I do make a side of veggies with each meal, I just dont think I get enough and I cant stand eating gobs of them to get enough. So yes, just to suppliment.
