the funny part was the doctor was about 90lbs and 5' tall,and he grabbed my arm and said "pull your arm across you as hard as you can".so i did and i put that little fucker on his ass.then he realized i still had full shoulder strength

it sucked,but it wasnt the worst thing i have ever had done.

but it was replaced when i partially tore my pec,i went to the doctor within the hour and was informed i didn't need surgery.he then proceeded to dig his elbow into the area for about an hour at this point i politely said "if you keep this up,i will kick your ass" so instead he broke out this thing that looked allot like a fucking air chisel but with a flat head instead of a chisel on the end,he then put some really cold shit on the area and put that air hammer bastard on it i then had acupuncture for the next three months and had to go to a physical therapist for 3 weeks.the chest has no sign of ever being torn,but it was pure agony to move my left arm or even stand up for about a month.

Well it was just a test to check for nerve damage, so next week i start my acupuncture and I'm looking forward to that but i still have to go in for a MRI.

I just want my shit fixed so i can get back into sum good lifting and not this 2 days a week bullshit with more pain then it's worth..
