Dude,

Ariel Atom ( or a simular one, there are cheaper models, if you liked the 3 wheel bike you would love these)

better hp/weight ratio then a enzo  ;D

0-60 2.9sec

There's always the T-Rex for 40,000 dollars.....

Still I see that and the Ariel as a car, because you still sit in it and steer it with a wheel, unlike a  Can Am Spyder, which you sit ONTOP and drive it with a throttle like a motorcycle!

1'st generation(91-93) looks is alot nicer imo :)

why did you get rid of the wing? the active aero thingy is pretty cool  :D

The wing actually got stolen  :'(

Didn't see too many others with no wing so i thought id try it and be original and stand out  8)

i was actually looking for a 3000gt on craigslist couple of months ago.. my friend had one in highschool and i loved it.. for some reason it was just an exotic car like a ferrari to me... i saw a ram air transam where i live for $4k which seems to cheap. probably fucked up but the youtube video he posted it looked clean
real men= no rubbers

x2

Fastest I went in mine was about 210-220km/h. I'm guessing coz me speedo only went up to 180 and the needle got stuck goin past it. Another 80-90km/h on top of that? No chance.....

here is a stock 3000gt that does 275kmh so what is so hard to belive 25kmh with over 175 extra hp. either it was something wrong with your car or you where a pussy with the throttle :D

LOL, my bike pulls about 295, that's a 400lb GIXXER, a stock 3000gt pulling 275 is one thing, finding the SPACE and empty roads to pull over 300 is another thing.

Anyone else notice that there's been a decline in sports cars recently, sure some companies still have them going, but others straight up discontinued them!

Toyota:  We went from MR-2, Supra, Celica, to now....?  nothing

Acura:  We had the NSX, RSX, now.....? nothing

Honda:  We had the Del Sol, the Prelude, the S2000, now....?  The Accord and Civic Coupe?  Meh

Chevy still has the Camaro, and corvette... good good

Ford... Mustang!

Nissan...  doing well... Got the 370Z, Altima couple, and the GT-R

Mitsubishi.... Still has the Eclipse

Hyundai.... Genesis Coupe (I like that car a lot)

Dodge.... Charger, Challenger

Infiniti:  G37

What am I missing here guys?

Think you're forgetting the EVO/STI and lesser versions of them, wrx/ralliart

BMW - 135/335 TT and M3/M5

Mazda speed 3 not sure if they sell the speed 6 anymore

Sure I'm missing a lot

the only way you'll ever get near these speeds is by watching them on youtube, hahahaha

now go back to the corner like a good little girl and keep dreaming about hitting anywhere near 300... lol, 210 more like it.

The 3000 GT is a heavy car...and expensive as hell to modify.  I'm not even sure there are that many aftermarket parts for it.  You can easily buy an LS1 Camaro-Firebird or New Age 4.6 Mustang for just as little money...and pay a LOT less to make it stupid fast(some Cam only LS1's run 10s).  For a little bit more, there's no shortage of GTOs and 98-04 LS1 Corvettes around.

there is NOTHING in the world lamer then a man driving a base model "sports car".....that has the aggressive design, but a weak, powerless engine

watching a man drive around in a v6 mustang or camaro, or one of those old base model 3000GTs makes me cringe............its like they are retending they have a fast car

its just so phony........if you dont have the want or means for a performance car, get yourself an accord or a carolla or a altima.........nothing wrong with that.......but PLEASE dont embarrass yourself and drive around in the pretend, girl mustang with the looks and not the performance
