happened to me when I went just meat only, I was eating as much as I could and the fat was coming off
It's pretty wild I was already carnivore, but eggs and raw milk were staples, gave this a shot basically because of Nubret, but it's otherwise known as the Lion Diet coined by Micheala Peterson.

That study contradicts much of the current info about cholesterol, sat fat and brain function.

Current info supportsimproved brain function from a diet high in cholesterol and sat fat.

Also a diet very low in carbs, high in sat fat and cholesterol results in reduced triglycerides and increased HDL.

I have experienced this myself.

The modern Western diet as recommended is lower in trans fat and cholesterol but very high in carbs, sugars, and seed oils (soybean, canola, etc.)

Obesity and diabetes have skyrocketed since "low fat" has become the recommended way of eating.

As I have explained I suffer from both anorexia ans bigorexia it is a constant struggle cant be big enough cant be lean enough try to relax and jusr eat normal when hungry vs too much or too little. But eventually one will take over and I will go too far.

4 scrambled eggs

Drained today, only had 300gms carbs all week

I cook everything's in stainless steel,  I'd stay the fuck away from anything other than stainless steel or cast iron, those non stick pans are full of toxins, aluminum and various other shit that leeches out into your food.

Thanks, i cook all my meat on a smoker.

Sometimes do steaks in a cast iron skillet.

1  scoop of whey in water
1/2 cup of steel oats mixed into the shake
1 banana
2 Tbsp. honey

Meal # 2:
ground beef patty
1+1/2 cups of white rice  (with artificial butter spray)
steamed asparagus  (with artificial butter spray)
Crystal-Lite

Meal # 3:
2 cans of water packed tuna with a bit of mayo
a small handful of potato chips
12 oz. Diet Coke

Meal # 4:
1 scoop of whey in water

Breakfast today:

4 organic eggs
4 oz uncured beef sausage, pan fried
tomato
cucumbers with greek yogurt / dill / garlic and black pepper
2 cups raw milk

Slowly phasing the lower carb.  Could be placebo, but feel great, not flat.

Interesting, I do consume a lot of animal fat and avoid fake butter and oils, but probably consume way too many carbohydrates in the form of rice, pasta, and dark bread. Fructose alzheimer's theory has me worried about bananas and oranges now.

16 oz. water

Meal # 4:
chicken breast sandwich on 2 slices of rye bread

Thanks Tom,I`m hitting the NPC Masters Nats in a year and a half......I haven`t even started the diet yet......just cleaning things up a bit.

I`m rounding into good shape..... got all the stuff I need.... and going for the Pro-Card.

I`ll be 70 years old by then looking like a mere pup.   LOL  ;D
