I was watching cops the other day and i couldn't help but notice that most people committing the crimes were black. Why is that?

Because they failed in school which didn't give them many options in the real world. So McDonalds or selling drugs or committing some other felony. The chose the latter and they failed.
I know I broke it down and it looks simple. It's a little more complicated than that but when you have generations of ignorance behind you, it's hard to break. In addition, machismo, pride and all that other bullshit that gets in the way. That whole formula = fail.
