Well now i have over 3000 posts, so i thought i should throw up a quick pic. As title states, nothing special.
Currently about a few months into a (very long overdue) cutting diet. lost 20lbs already
Considering my age and where i was about 18 months ago, its an improvement. Not happy with it, but time is on my side i guess.
Stats:
Height: 6ft
Weight: 220
Age: 18

Quick update:
Been cutting for probably 8 weeks now i guess. Been pretty consistent with it this time too.
Started at 233lb, am at about 217 now (down 16lbs) and am down 5 inches of the waistline. Going alrite i guess. Might throw up another pic soon.

At home sick with a cold so i though i'd throw up a quick leg shot. Havent actually trained legs in about 3 weeks (knee has been acting "funny" again), but been doing lots of cardio.
I have no idea what they measure. Calves are about 17 in.

ok i guess. Currently fighting off a cold so am eating whatever i want (still healthy though) but still kinda annoying not training and shit. Hopefully will be better in a couple of days...
I thought a drop in resistance training volume might be in order, so have gone from a typical 4 day split back to good old Pull-Legs-Push. Cardio is done every morning for about 60 mins, except for the morning after leg day.
All up, lost close to 40lbs.

I've never been lean, so i would like to get lean, assess how i look and then train for another year then look at competing. I love training and even enjoy dieting, so i'd like the challenge and the goal of getting ready for a show. I've played sports my whole life, so i'd like to get back into a somewhat competitive environment.

Well "abs" can be anything between 15% and 5%. What bodyfat percentage are you targeting? What do you think your weight will be then?

Around 10-12% if possible. As for weight, i could care less, but i guess it might be around 190 or so. I'd say now im about 15% at 205, so i dunno, whatever.

Dude, you might not be very big compared to the guys you are used to seeing in the threads on the G&O, but you area big guy. Im sure when your walking around town your bigger than most people. Your doing great dude.
Stay focused on that diet and dont let anything get in the way of your goal, youll see those abs.

Yeah i do have a bit of a habit of comparing myself to people who have been training 10-15 yrs when i'm still somewhat of a "beginner". But i guess thats me just being "young and dumb".
I love this stuff though, regardless of all the shit people say about bb'ing, i love it. I'm probably a little too obsessed with it though, lol.

I'm pretty realistic about bb'ing too. I know what you gotta do and that training and a lot of food certainly wont turn you into Ronnie or Jay.

I think i have it around the wrong way. Cut in winter, bulk in summer. Still, the cold weather makes me actually want to do some cardio. Summer i sometimes barely have the energy to train it can get so hot.
