X2 what a Fanny  ::) Son if your so big on running/sprints and push ups join the Army/Marines/Airforce. Then come back on here and shout about it and maybe i will listen to you.

Age doesn’t really matter. You should keep yourself busy by doing such creative works. Doing exercise daily provides you with a lot of healthy benefits. It’s good that he’s still active and strong.
Workouts make him active, strong and wise.
