Fairly accurate.

Albuquerque is a cesspool of poverty and violence.

But there are some nice places in the suburbs.

I'm only an hour from there and where i live is amazing.

But the economics of Santa Fe versus Albuquerque are quite different.

Albuquerque changed the "War Zone" to the "International Zone" to sound better and less of a hellhole.
