Sprays?? Oh no.. if I read that I would have never posted this.... I was born, but not yesterday. If most, then are there any that are potent enough to do something?

Don't know how much legitimacy is behind these studies, but some studies support the theory that melatonin taken preworkout and before bed elevates HGH production.. melatonin can be obtained very cheap, especially in comparison to the HGH precursers

arginine is suppost to increase gh levels...what i try and do is when i wake up in the middle of the night to go piss (round 4 am) is take a serving of my vasopump (basically the same thing as nitrix by bsn), that way the arginine sits in my stomach around 4-5 hours b4 i eat...i've also heard an ingriedient named alpha GPC is suppost to be decent for a growth hormone releasing hormone
