i think you are mistaken with the way your going about it though.
stick to low glycemic carbs. other than pre post workout, id go with only fibrous fruits (apples berries) and things like oats barly and black beans. a steady stream of glucose will be more beneficial for packing on mass than a intense rush.
this would be a good shake for you 240
whole milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter (natural)
1 tablespoon flax
3-4 scoops blended protein (whey, egg, casien)
and some cinnamon or splenda for flavor
if you wanted you could throw in some oats
