The whole Palumbo have these ridiculous fake white teeth, totally mismatched with a old mans body. Its like when you get a bunch of elderly grannies all with the funny permed hair. These guys all the same thing, only with the teeth. 

Are his teeth really fake ?

Levrone has been living off his genetics in every way possible. There's nothing healthy about stuffing yourself with low quality supermarket goods  in high quantity.
