It's the emotional maturity that the law takes in to account, it's perfectly natural biology for a man of any age to find a female who is of the age to have children attractive.

You're talking about two different things, just because a 15yo is attractive doesn't mean someone should be or automatically sexually attracted. Walk onto a public HS sometime and see the way these girls dress, you can't tell them from a 21yo. Their parents should be held accountable.

I don't think anyone is disputing that the guy is a low life but I find somewhat curious is how quickly some are to infantilize this girl.
