Title: I can't wait to get ripped again!
Post by: dov on October 28, 2009, 01:41:40 PM: All this talk about the next Mr GBIV contest is gettin me fired up! I busted my ass last year(as most of you know) and it was truely one of the best things I've ever done. I won't have NEARLY as much fat to drop this go'round. Last year I had to drop over 40lbs...this year I've kept the moderation light on and will only have bout 10 lbs of fat to shed. Thanks god

The following pic is the same condition I'll bring to the next show. However, I'll be fuller in my delts and chest..guaranteed!
I'm ready to start DIALING IN bitches!!!! Who's with me??!!!!

Big diff between "lean" and "ripped" for me....I like my pizza and Budweiser on the weekends! Go Phillies!!!!!

What's that bump on the side of your delts?
